ՀՀ ՔԿ-ն մեղադրանք է առաջադրել Իրանի քաղաքացուց խոշոր չափերի գումար հափշտակելու համար

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Վայոց ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել են Իրանի քաղաքացուց խոշոր չափերի գումար հափշտակելու հանգամանքները: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից՝ հավելելով. «Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Երևան քաղաքի բնակչին:
Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ 2017թ. հունիսի վերջերին 34-ամյա տղամարդը Երևան քաղաքում ծանոթացել է ազգությամբ պարսիկ, ԻԻՀ քաղաքացու հետ և, տիրապետելով պարսկերենին, պայմանավորվածություն ձեռք բերել` վերջինիս թարգմանչական ծառայություններ մատուցելու շուրջ: Մեծ քանակությամբ գառներ գնելու նպատակով 2017թ. օգոստոսի կեսերին ԻԻՀ քաղաքացին 34-ամյա տղամարդու հետ մեկնել է Ջերմուկի սարեր, որտեղ գնել է 1040 գլուխ գառ, այնուհետև Արարատի մարզի բնակչի հետ պայմանավորվել՝ այլ անձանցից ևս գառներ գնելու շուրջ:
2017թ. օգոստոսի 22-ին ԻԻՀ քաղաքացին Վայք քաղաքում 34-ամյա տղամարդու միջոցով 3 մլն ՀՀ դրամ է փոխանցել Արարատի մարզի բնակչին՝ որպես կանխավճար: Սակայն որոշ ժամանակ անց, քննությամբ ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների համաձայն, 34-ամյա տղամարդը Արարատի բնակչին հայտնել է, թե ԻԻՀ քաղաքացին այլևս չի ցանկանում նրա միջնորդությամբ գառներ գնել և հետ պահանջել գումարը՝ նրան վերադարձնելու համար։
Միջնորդը վերադարձրել է որպես կանխավճար վճարված 3 մլն ՀՀ դրամը, ինչը, սակայն, 34-ամյա տղամարդը չի փոխանցել ԻԻՀ քաղաքացուն՝ այդպիսով խարդախությամբ հափշտակելով այն:
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 34-ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով:
Քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարությանօրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով»:
