Բնապահպանության նախարարության նախկին պաշտոնյաները ձերբակալվել են կաշառք ստանալու կասկածանքով

Պաշտոնեական դիրքի չարաշահման, կաշառք ստանալու, կաշառք տալու և ծառերի ապօրինի հատման դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում հարուցված և ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի կողմից ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն ուղարկված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում կատարված լայնածավալ քննչական-դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության նախկին բնապահպանական պետական տեսչության պաշտոնյաները խոշոր չափերով կաշառք են ստացել` «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի «Սյունիքի անտառտնտեսություն» մասնաճյուղի «Արծվանիկ» անտառպետությունում ապօրինի հատված ծառերի իրական ծավալները չարձանագրելու դիմաց: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից:
Քրեական գործով ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների համաձայն` 2016 թվականի նոյեմբերի 1-ից 21-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում «Արծվանիկ» անտառպետությունում տեսչական ստուգումներ են իրականացվել, որոնց արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել են ապօրինի ծառահատումների դեպքեր: Ստուգող խմբում ընդգրկված են եղել ՀՀ ԲՆ բնապահպանական պետական տեսչության ղեկավար պաշտոնատար անձինք, ովքեր ստուգման ընթացքում հայտնաբերված ապօրինի ծառահատումների իրական ծավալները չարձանագրելու և պատճառված վնասը նվազեցնելու դիմաց, խմբով` նախնական համաձայնությամբ ստացել են խոշոր չափերով կաշառք:
ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչի որոշմամբ` կաշառք ստանալու, կաշառք տալու և կաշառք տալուն օժանդակելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել են 4 անձինք, այդ թվում` ՀՀ ԲՆ նախկին բնապահպանական պետական տեսչության պաշտոնյաներ և «Արծվանիկ» անտառպետության աշխատակիցներ:
Վերը նշված հանցագործության բոլոր հանգամանքները բացահայտելու և դրանում ներգրավված անձանց գործողություններին անհրաժեշտ իրավական գնահատական տալու ուղղությամբ կատարվում են անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողություններ, իսկ ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության և ՀՀ ոստիկանության կողմից ձեռնարկվում են օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ:
