Գերտերութուններին ձեռք չի տալիս ունենալ ռազմական առումով թեժացած Քրդստան

Բարզանիի կառավարությունը հանդես եկավ Իրաքյան Քուրդիստանի անկախության հանրաքվեի արդյունքների սառեցման մասին առաջարկով, որը կազմված էր երեք կետից: Առաջին նախապայմանն այն էր, որ Իրաքի կենտրոնական իշխանությունը զորքերը դուրս բերի քրդական այն բնակավայրերից, որը մտցրել է հոկտեմբերի 16-ի դրությամբ, երկրորդն այն էր, որ Քրդստանը միակողմանի սառեցնում է հանրաքվեի արդյունքները, եւ երրորդը՝, որ կկողմերը նստեն բանակցային սեղանի շուրջ հաշվի առնելով սահմանադրության 140-րդ հոդվածը, որով կարգավորվում է Իրաքյան Քրդստանի ու Կենտրոնական Իրաքի հարաբերությունները, ինչպես նաեւ Իրաքյան Քրդստանի կարգավիճակը:Մինչ բանակցությունների ավարտը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում նման տեսակետ հայտնեց թուրք-քրդական հարաբերությունների փորձագետ Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանը:
<<Իրաքի վարչապետը մերժեց արդյունքների սառեցման մասին կետը՝ ընդունելով վերոնշյալ մյուս երկու կետերը: Սակայն դեմ լինելով Իրաքի կենտրոնական իշխանությունն ու Բարզանիի իշխանությունը ԱՄՆ ներկայացուցչի հետ հարցերի կարգավորման համար պետք է նստեին սեղանի շուրջ, ինչը եւ եղավ: Հանդիպման արդունքների մասին խոսելը վաղ է ,քանի որ Հաշ Դի Շադի ոժերը կամ զորամիավորումը իրականացնում է որոշակի ռազմական գործողություններ քրդաբնակ շրջաններում, հատկապես սունի արաբների նկատմամբ>>: Ինչ վերաբերում է գերտերություններ՝ հարցի միջամտությանը, ապա ըստ Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանի խոշոր խաղացողներին դա այդքան էլ ձեռնտու չէ.
<<Նրանց ձեռք չի տալիս ունենալ ռազմական առումով թեժացած Քրդստան, քանի որ նավթի հետ կապված շահեր կան: Սա է պատճառը, որ ԱՄՆ-ն կողմերին փորձեց բանակցային սեղանի շուրջ նստացնել Իրաքին ու Քրդստանի իշխանությանը:Միեւնույն ժամանակ փորձում է պատժել Հաշ Դի Շադի ուժերին: Գործողությունները դեռ ռազմական բնույթի չեն, ավելի շուտ սանկցիաների տեսքով են նկատի ունենալով, որ հենց Իրանն է կանգնած Հաշ Դի Շադի ուժերի հետեւում: Ոչ ԱՄՆ-ին, ոչ Ռուսաստանին ու ոչ էլ Իրանին ձեռնտու չեն այդ գործողությունները, քանի որ եթե ռազմական ակտիվ գործողութուններ սկսեն, ապա Քիրքուք-Ջեհյան նավթամուղը կդրվի վտանգի տակ: Ինչ վերաբերում է հայկական համայնքին. Հայ ու ընդհանրապես քրիստոնեական համայնքը դուրս են մնացել ու հայտնվել գործողությունների լուսանցքում, ինչը կարեւոր հանգամանք է այս պարագայում>>:
