ՀՀ Նախագահն ընդունել է Նիկոլայ Ռիժկովի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը

 ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը նոյեմբերի 2-ին ընդունել է ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի և ՌԴ Դաշնային ժողովի միջև համագործակցության միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի համանախագահ Նիկոլայ Ռիժկովի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը, որը Հայաստանում է միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի 30-րդ նիստի անցկացման կապակցությամբ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Ողջունելով հյուրերին մեր երկրում՝  Նախագահը համոզվածություն է հայտնել, որ երևանյան նիստը նախորդների օրինակով կանցնի կառուցողական մթնոլորտում, և նիստի ընթացքում կքննարկվեն հայ-ռուսական դաշնակցային գործընկերության հետագա խորացմանն ու ամրապնդմանն ուղղված երկկողմ օրակարգի արդիական հարցեր:

Ընդգծելով, որ 2017 թվականը հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների համար հոբելյանական է. այս տարի նշվում է երկու երկրների միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 25-ամյակը և Բարեկամության, համագործակցության և փոխադարձ օգնության մասին պայմանագրի ստորագրման 20-ամյակը, Նախագահ Սարգսյանը նշել է, որ այդ ընթացքում մեծ աշխատանք է կատարվել: Հանրապետության Նախագահի գնահատմամբ՝ հայ-ռուսական դաշնակցային հարաբերություններն այսօր առանձնանում են բոլոր մակարդակներում ակտիվ երկխոսությամբ, արտաքին քաղաքական լայն կոորդինացմամբ, միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային հարթակներում ակտիվ աշխատանքով, տնտեսության, ռազմական, ռազմատեխնիկական և հումանիտար ոլորտներում սերտ համագործակցությամբ:

Հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների զարգացման գործում Նախագահը մեծապես կարևորել է խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության դերը և այդ համատեքստում բարձր գնահատել ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի և ՌԴ Դաշնային ժողովի միջև համագործակցության միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի գործունեությունը՝ մաղթելով հանձնաժողովի 30-րդ նիստի մասնակիցներին արգասաբեր աշխատանք՝ ի շահ երկու ժողովուրդների բարեկամության և ի նպաստ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների հետագա ամրապնդման: 

Միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի համանախագահը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին ընդունելության համար, ընդգծել, որ անհրաժեշտ է հետևողականորեն շարունակել երկու երկրների օրենսդիր և գործադիր մարմինների մակարդակներում ևս հարաբերությունների ամրապնդումը՝ հասցնելով քաղաքական հարաբերությունների այն բարձր մակարդակին, որ առկա է երկու երկրների նախագահների միջև:

Հանդիպման ժամանակ Նիկոլայ Ռիժկովը հակիրճ ներկայացրել է հանձնաժողովի գործունեությունը, որի 20-ամյակը լրանում է հաջորդ տարեսկզբին: Երկկողմ հարաբերությունների զարգացման գործում նա կարևորել է նաև երկու երկրների տարածաշրջանների միջև ընդլայնվող համագործակցությունը և նշել, որ այն խորհրդարանականների կողմից ևս խթանելու նպատակով հանձնաժողովի հաջորդ նիստը նախատեսվում է անցկացնել ՌԴ տարածաշրջաններից մեկում: Միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի համանախագահը հավաստիացրել է, որ նման մոտեցումը կդառնա պարբերական:
