Պետբյուջեից հատկացված միջոցներով վերանորոգվել է Վարսեր գյուղի կենտրոնական ճանապարհը

Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վարսեր գյուղում ավարտվեց 3,3 կիլոմետր երկարության կենտրոնական ճանապարհի ասֆալտապատումը, որն իրականացվեց ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի նախընտրական խոստման շրջանակում, պետական միջոցներից շուրջ 430 միլիոն դրամի տրամադրումով: Ծրագիրն իրականացվեց 3 տարվա ընթացքում` բարեկարգ դարձնելով գյուղի գլխավոր ճանապարհն ամբողջությամբ, նաև դպրոց, մանկապարտեզ եւ արարողությունների սրահ տանող ճանապարհները:

 Ինչպես  տեղեկացրեց Վարսերի գյուղապետ ԶավենՀարությունյանը, գյուղի կենտրոնական ճանապարհը վերջին անգամ հիմնանորոգվել էր 1980-ական թվականների վերջերին, տարեցտարի քայքայվել ու դարձել էր դժվարանցանելի:

«Այսօր արդեն Վարսեր գյուղն անհավատալիորեն փոխված է: Թե Սեւան քաղաքի, թե Գեղամավանի կողմից գյուղ մտնող ճանապարհները, թե գյուղի կենտրոնով անցնող ճանապարհը նորանորոգ ու ասֆալտապատ են` 2,8 կիլոմետր երկարությամբ մայթերով, 3,3 կիլոմետր երկարությամբ գիշերային լուսավորվածության ցանցով, որը կառուցվել է տեղական բյուջեի հաշվին: Պետական միջոցներով ճանապարհի կառուցումն ընդգրկել է նաեւ դեպի դպրոց, մանկապարտեզ եւ արարողությունների սրահ ու գերեզմանոց տանող ճանապարհները, որոնցից օգտվում է գյուղի ողջ բնակչությունը: Մի քանի տարի առաջ գուցե քչերը կ արող էին հավատալ, որ Վարսերն այսչափ բարեկարգված ու փոփոխված տեսք կստանա: Մարդիկ իրենց երախտագիտությունն են հայտնում ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին, կառավարությանը` նման հոգածության ու աջակցության համար: Այս ծրագրի ավարտով մեր գյուղն անխափան երթեւեկության կապ է պահպանում ինչպես Սեւան քաղաքի, այնպես էլ Գեղամավան, Ծաղկունք, Դդմաշեն, Զովաբեր գյուղերի հետ: Վստահ կարելի է ասել, որ  գյուղի հիմնախնդիրների հիմնական մասն արդեն լուծված է, մնում է մանկապարտեզի հիմնանորոգման խնդիրը, որը, համոզված եմ, մոտակա մեկ-երկու տարում կընդգրկվի պետական աջակցÕ �ւթյան որեւէ ծրագրում: Իսկ մեզ մնում է աչքի լույսի պես պահպանել մեծ ջանքերի գնով ստեղծված կառույցները»,-նշեց համայնքի ղեկավարը:
