Լոռու մարզում ապօրինի ծառահատումների պատճառով պետությունը կրել է մոտ 45 միլիոն դրամի վնաս

 Լոռու մարզում  այս տարվա 9 ամիսների ընթացքում արձանագրվել է ապօրինի  ծառահատման 86 դեպք,  որոնցից 17-ի դեպքով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Լոռու մարզում  արձանագրված ապօրինի ծառահատման  դեպքերով պետությանը  պատճառված վնասի չափը կազմել է 44 միլիոն  978 հազար 860 դրամ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` նոյեմբերի 2-ին այս մասին նշեց ՀՀ Լոռու մարզի դատախազ Արսեն Մարտիրոսյանը: «52 ապօրինի ծառահատումների դեպքով անձինք կրել են վարչական պատասխանատվություն, որից 9 քրեական գործ հարուցվել է Լոռու մարզի դատախազության նախաձեռնությամբ: Քրեական գործերով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավվել է 25 մարդ, որոնցից 5-ը պաշտոնատար անձինք են, իսկ մեկ անձ դեռևս ունի կասկածյալի կարգավիճակ»,- նշեց Մարտիրոսյանը:

Լոռու մարզի դատախազի խոսքով` ամենաշատ ապօրինի ծառահատման դեպքն արձանագրվել է Սպիտակի անտառպետության տարածքում ` 408 ապօրինի հատված ծառ, որի հետևանքով պետությանը և շրջակա միջավայրին պատճառվել է առանձնապես խոշոր՝ 25 միլիոն 444 հազար 500 դրամի վնաս:

«Լոռու մարզի դատախազությունում հոկտեմբերի 24-ին Սպիտակի անտառպետության տարածքում ապօրինի ծառահատում կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ քրեական օրենսգրքի 296-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով և 315-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որի նախաքննությունը հանձնարարվել է  քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությանը»,- ասաց Մարտիրոսյանը:

Մարտիրոսյանը նշեց, որ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի գրության հիման վրա ՀՀ ոստիկանության և  բնապահպանության նախարարության միջև կազմվել է աշխատանքային պլան, ըստ որի`  անտառային տարածքներում կատարվում են շուրջօրյա շրջագայություններ և գիշերային ծառայություններ ապօրինի ծառահատման փաստերը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ: «Ապօրինի անտառահատման դեպքերը գտնվում են դատախազության ամենօրյա վերահսկողության տակ»,- ընդգծեց Մարտիրոսյանը:
