Դուբայի ոստիկանությունը զանգահարելու Է քաղաքի ապերջանիկ բնակիչներին

Դուբայի ոստիկանությունը կարող Է հեռախոսով զանգահարել քաղաքի այն բնակիչներին, ովքեր խոստովանում են, որ երջանիկ չեն, եւ հետաքրքրվել՝ ինչու, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով The Independent-ին:

Քաղաքում  հասարակական կարծիքի ՍՄՍ-հարցում Է անցկացվում՝ նպատակ ունենալով Դուբային օգնել մինչեւ 2021 թվականը տեղ զբաղեցնելու աշխարհի ամենաերջանիկ քաղաքների տասնյակում: 

Քաղաքի բնակիչներին անգլերեն եւ արաբերեն լեզուներով հաղորդագրություններ են ուղարկում «Դուք երջանի՞կ եք Դուբայում» հարցով: Որպես պատասխանի տարբերակ առաջարկվում Է սմայլիկներ ընտրել՝ ժպիտով, դեմքի դժգոհ կամ անտարբեր արտահայտություններով: Կարգի պահապանների խոսքով՝ առաջին օրն իրենք ստացել են 200 հազարից ավելի պատասխան: Հարցման մասնակիցների 84 տոկոսը պատասխանել Է, որ երջանիկ Է, 6 տոկոսն ընտրել Է պատասխանի չեզոք տարբերակը, եւս 10 տոկոսը խոստովանել Է, որ երջանիկ չԷ:

«Եթե այդ հարցը մեր իրավասության ներքո Է, մենք կօգնենք նրանց. եթե դա որեւիցե այլ պետական հաստատության գործն Է, ապա մենք այն կուղարկենք համապատասխան ատյան»,-հայտարարել Է Դուբայի ոստիկանության պետ Խամիս Մաթար ալ Մազեյնան, նշելով, որ կարգի պահապանները չեն օգնի լուծել  անձնական հարցերը: 

2015 թվականին Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունները 20-րդ տեղն Է զբաղեցրել World Happiness Report-ի 158 տեղից բաղկացած վարկանիշում՝ առաջ անցնելով արաբական մյուս երկրներից: Դրա հետ մեկտեղ Էմիրություններում հույս ունեն մինչեւ 2021 թվականը՝ պետության հիմադրման 50-ամյակի տարին, մտնել ամենաերջանիկ երկրների տասնյակի մեջ:
