ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից սահմանամերձ շրջաններին տրամադրված հարկային արտոնությունները խթանել են Տավուշի մարզում բիզնեսի զարգացմանը: Իջևանում նման հայտարարությամբ հանդես եկավ Տավուշի մարզպետ Հովիկ Աբովյանը Տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովի ներկայացուցիչների և մարզի տնտեսավարողների հետ հանդիպմանը: «Մեր մարզում գրանցված ու գործունեություն է ծավալում  1500 տնտեսավարող տեքստիլի, գինու, կոնյակի, կաթնամթերքի արտադրության ոլորտներում: Կառավարության կողմից սոցիալական, հարկային արտոնություններ տալուց հետո սկսվեց տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտների մուտքն այդ տարածքներ»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասաց մարզպետը՝ հավելելով, որ ընթացիկ տարում բավականին աճ են արձանագրել գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում:

Անդրադառնալով հանձնաժողովի ներկայացուցիչների այցին՝ Հովիկ Աբովյանը նշեց, որ չնայած մարզում տնտեսական ոլորտում մենաշնորհային իրավիճակ չկա, բայց կարևոր է տեղում տնտեսավարողների խնդիրներին ծանոթանալը:

ՏՄՊՊՀ նախագահ Արտակ Շաբոյանը նկատեց, որ այցի հիմնական նպատակը Տավուշի մարզի տնտեսավարողների խնդիրներին ծանոթանալն ու լուծումներ տալն է: Նա վստահեցրեց, որ հետևողական կլինեն բարձրացվող բոլոր հարցերի հանդեպ: «Եթե կլինեն խնդիրներ, որոնք կգտնվեն մեր կառույցի իրավասության ներքո, մենք կուսումնասիրենք ու համապատասխան քայլերը կձեռնարկենք: Հնարավոր են նաև մեր գործառույթների շրջանակից դուրս հարցեր, և մենք անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կդիմենք մեր գործընկեր պետական մարմիններին, որոնց կարգավորման դաշտում են գտնվում այդ խնդիրները»,-նշեց Արտակ Շաբոյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ նմանատիպ այցերը շարունակական են՝ ներառելով ՀՀ մյուս մարզերը ևս: «Ի տարբերություն այլ երկրների, մենք տարածքային մարմիններ չունենք, ու այնպես է ստացվել, որ մեր ռեսուրսների մեծ մասը ուղղում ենք Երևանում մրցակցության խնդիրների ուսումնասիրմանը: Բայց պետք է շեշտեմ, որ համահավասար ուշադրություն պետք է դարձնենք նաև մարզերին»,-ավելացրեց պաշտոնյան:
