Ընդդիմության առարկայական օրակարգի բացակայությունը

Այս օրերին Աժ-ում ընթանում են 2018թ. բյուջեի քննարկումներ: Քննարկումներում առաջին աչքի ընկնող բանը Հրանտ Բագրատյանի բացակայությունն է: Միայն Բագրատյանն էր, որ ընդդիմադիր դիրքերից, բայց նաև մասնագիտական հիմնավորումներով կարողանում էր բանաեճ հակադրել իշխանությանը: Այժմյան ընդդիմությունը նման ռեսուրս չունի:
Փաստացի ստացվում է, որ պառլամենտական ընդդիմությունը հանձինս ԵԼՔ-ի ունի բավական մեծ էնտուզիացմ ու ակտիվություն, բայց չունի բավարար առարկայական օրակարգ իշխանությանը հակադրելու: Դա երևաց նաև Վիգեն Սարգսյանի հետ հայտնի բանավեճի ժամանակ, երբ ընդդիմությունն ընկավ ծուղակը ու իրեն դրսևորեց դեղին մամուլի ոճով ՝ առաջ բերելով ծառայել-չծառայելու թեման, հետ մղելով ազգ-բանակ կոնցեպտի համակարգային քննարկումները:
Նույնը տեղի է ունենում բյուջեի քննարկումների ժամանակ: Բայց ի տարբերություն Վիգեն Սարգսյանի դեպքի, բյուջեի քննարկումներում դժվարանում է նաև էպատաժ ու սկանդալ անելու հնարավորությունը, ինչն ավելի է ի դերև հանում ընդդիմության օրակարգային բացերը: Մեր ընդդիմությունը կարիք ունի փորձագիտական համալրումների, որի վրա ցավոք ուշադրություն չի դարձնում:
