ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունը քրգործ է հարուցել առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի հարկեր վճարելուց չարամտորեն խուսափելու դեպքով

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության կոռուպցիոն և տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների գործերով վարչությունում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել  ՀՀ ապրանքներ ներկրելու և առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի հարկերը չվճարելու նպատակով հարկային մարմին հայտարարագրեր և հարկման հիմք հանդիսացող պարտադիր այլ փաստաթղթեր սահմանված կարգով և ժամկետներում չներկայացնելու դեպքի առթիվ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից՝ հավելելով. «ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչության աշխատակիցների կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է, որ Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ Մ. Մ.-ն, 2017թ հուլիսին Վանձոր քաղաքի բնակիչ Կ. Փ.-ի, իսկ հունիսին Աբովյան քաղաքի բնակիչ Վ. Գ.-ի անուններով հիմնադրել է համապատասխանաբար «Ռ.» և «Ա.» ՍՊ ընկերությունները: Դրանից հետո, կազմելով և օգտագործելով ներկրված ապրանքների վերաբերյալ կեղծ գնային տվյալներ պարունակող հաշիվ ապրանքագրեր, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն է ներկրել տարբեր տեսակի ապրանքներ, որոնք իրացրել է, սակայն հարկային մարմին օրենքով սահմանված կարգով և ժամկետներում   հայտարարագրեր և հարկման հիմք հանդիսացող պարտադիր այլ փաստաթղթեր չի ներկայացրել:

Չհաշվարկած ու չվճարված հարկային պարտավորությունների նախնական ուսումնասիրությամբ երկու ընկերությունների անվամբ ներկրված ապրանքների մասով բացահայտվել է 134 571 240 ՀՀ դրամի իրացման շրջանառություն, որից վճարման ենթակա ԱԱՀ-ն՝ 22 434 525 ՀՀ դրամ, շահութահարկը՝ 21 083 340 ՀՀ դրամ:

Ելնելով նախապատրաստված նյութերով ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների համակցությունից՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության կոռուպցիոն և տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների գործերով վարչությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 205-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:

Նախաքննությունը հանձնարարվել է ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ քննչական վարչությանը»:
