Խաղողի սպիրտից չպատրաստված կոնյականման ալկոհոլային խմիչքները նոր անուն ու հստակ մակնշում կունենան

Ընթացքի մեջ են օրենսդրական փոփոխությունները, որով խաղողի սպիրտից չպատրաստված ալկոհոլային խմիչքները կունենան հատուկ անուն ու մակնշում։ Այս մասին Իջևանում Տավուշի մարզի տնտեսվարողների հետ հանդիպմանը տեղեկացրեց Տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արտակ Շաբոյանը։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ`Իջևանի գինու, կոնյակի գործարանի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ատոմ Եգորյանը ներկայացրեց խնդիր, ըստ որի, շուկայում վերջին շրջանում հայտնվել է «թունդ ալկոհոլային ըմպելիք» անվանմամբ խմիչք, որը շատ նման է կոնյակին, բայց անհամեմատելի էժան է՝ վաճառվում է 1000 դրամի սահմաններում։ «Կոնյակը Հայաստանի բրենդն է ու շատ երկրներում մենք կոնյակով ենք ներկայանում։ Բացի այդ կոնյակի շուկան առանց այն էլ աղավաղված է, ուզում էի հասկանայի, արդյոք այստեղ խնդիր տեսնո՞ւմ եք»։
Ի պատասխան Արտակ Շաբոյանն ասաց, որ շատ ակտուալ ու կարևոր հարց է բարձրացվում, իրենք այդ ուղղությամբ վերջին շրջանում ուսումնասիրություններ են իրականացրել ու մի շարք եզրահանգումներ կատարել։ «Կան տնտեսվարողներ, որոնք արտադրում են գույնով, պիտակով, չափերով կոնյակին շատ նման խմիչք, և, բնականաբար, սպառողները կարող են շփոթության մեջ ընկնել։ Պիտակի վրա տարբեր անուններ են նշված՝ «հայկական թունդ խմիչք», «հայկական օրիգինալ խմիչք», «հայկական սպիրտային խմիչք»։ Դա նշանակում է, որ այս արտադրանքը կոնյակ չի։ Մեկ այլ խնդիր էլ կա, որ այս անվանումներով խմիչքների համար կարգավորում չկա մեր օրենսդրությամբ»,- հայտնեց ՏՄՊՊՀ նախագահը։
Նրա դիտարկմամբ՝ ալկոհոլային խմիչքները, որոնք խաղողի սպիրտից չեն պատրաստում, պետք է ունենան համապատասխան անուն և այլ իրավական կարգավորում։ Հարցը քննարկել են Տնտեսական զարգացման ու ներդրումների, ինչպես նաև Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունների հետ ու պայմանավորվել համապատասխան իրավական կարգավորումների շուրջ։ «Այն խմիչքները, որոնք խաղողի սպիրտից չեն արտադրվում, հետևաբար, կոնյակ չեն, պետք է ունենան այլ անուն ու սպառողը պետք է հստակ իմանա, որ դա կոնյակ չէ։ Այդ անվան նկատմամբ պետք է մակնշման հատուկ պահանջներ լինեն (անվանում, տեսակ, բաղադրություն), որ սպառողը տեսանելի ու մատչելի ձևով տարբերակի այդ արտադրանքը»,-ասաց Արտակ Շաբոյանը։
