ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված քննչական եւ օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են Հրազդանի երկու բնակիչների՝ Վարդուհի Սիմոնյանի եւ Սամվել Ալիխանյանի սպանության մի շարք հանգամանքները, այդ թվում՝ սպանության վայրը, առնչություն ունեցած 2 անձի ինքնությունը։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Քննչական կոմիտեի լրատվական ծառայությունից։

Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակում իրականացվող որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում 2017թ. նոյեմբերի 2-ին Երեւան-Սեւան ավտոճանապարհի մոտ գտնվող գազալցակայանի հարեւանությամբ՝ դաշտային տարածքում, հայտնաբերվել է երկու անձի դիակ՝ կնոջ եւ տղամարդու։ Նախնական տվյալներով՝ դրանք Հրազդանի բնակիչներ Վարդուհի Սիմոնյանի եւ Սամվել Ալիխանյանի դիերն են, որոնց գտնվելու վայրն անհայտ էր սեպտեմբերի 18-ից։

Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատագենետիկական, միկրոմասնիկային փորձաքննություններ։ Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել է ճանաչման գործողություն եւ հարազատները, հիմք ընդունելով հագուստները, ատամնաշարը եւ մի քանի այլ կողմնորոշիչ տվյալներ, հաստատել են, որ դրանք Վարդուհի Սիմոնյանի եւ Սամվել Ալիխանյանի մարմիններն են։

Սեպտեմբերի 20-ին եւ հոկտեմբերի 6-ին Վ.Սիմոնյանի եւ Ս.Ալիխանյանի հարազատներից հաղորդումներ էին ստացվել, որ իրենց հարազատների մասին սեպտեմբերի 18-ից որեւէ տեղեկություն չունեն: Քննությամբ պարզվել էր, որ նրանք ճանաչում են միմյանց, վերջին անգամ նրանց տեսել են միասին:

Բնակիչների անհետ կորելու դեպքերի առիթով հարուցված քրեական գործերը միացվել են մեկ վարույթում, իրականացվել մեծածավալ քննչական եւ օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումներ՝ նրանց հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։ Մշակված աշխատանքային վարկածներն ստուգելու ուղղությամբ օպերատիվ-որոնողական մարմինների հետ համագործակցաբար իրականացված աշխատանքների արդյունքում նախաքննության ընթացքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ Հրազդանի բնակիչները դարձել են սպանության զոհ. նրանք սպանվել են Հրազդան քաղաքում՝ նույն քաղաքի մեկ այլ բնակչի առանձնատանը, որից հետո դիակները տեղափոխվել և թաքցվել են Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհի մոտ գտնվող գազալցակայանի հարևանությամբ՝ դաշտային տարածքում, որտեղ էլ նոյեմբերի 2-ին հայտնաբերվել է նրանց մարմինները։ Խուզարկություններ են կատարվել սպանության դեպքի վայր հանդիսացող տանը եւ սպանությանն առնչություն ունեցած անձանցից մեկի կողմից Երեւանում վարձակալված բնակարանում, ավտոմեքենայում, որոնց արդյունքում ձեռք են բերվել մի շարք ապացույցներ։ Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ Հրազդանի երկու բնակիչների սպանությանն առնչություն ունեցած անձանց գործողություններին կտրվի համապատասխան քրեաիրավական գնահատական։
