ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Ստեփանավանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է Գյուլագարակ գյուղում բնակելի տնից կատարված կողոպուտը։

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2017թ. հոկտեմբերի 28-ին՝ ժամը 05:00-ի սահմաններում, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը կիսաբաց լուսամուտից ապօրինի մուտք է գործել Լոռու մարզի Գյուլագարակ գյուղի բնակարաններից մեկը և ննջասենյակի պահարանից վերցրել տանտիրուհու ոսկյա զարդերը։ Տեսնելով, որ վերջինս իրեն նկատել է՝ տուն ապօրինի մուտք գործած անձը փայտով հարվածել է կնոջը և դիմել փախուստի՝ իր հետ տանելով զարդերը:

Դեպքի առթիվ նույն օրը ՀՀ ՔԿ Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Ստեփանավանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 176-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1.1 կետի հատկանիշներով, և ձեռնարկվել անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ:

Արդյունքում՝ պարզվել է ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով օրենքով սահմանված կարգով ներկայացվել է ճանաչման տուժողին։

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ  քրեական օրենսգրքի 176-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1.1 կետով և վերջինիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
