Կաթնաղբյուր ուսուցիչ չի գալիս

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, Լոռու մարզի դպրոցներում շուրջ 200 ուսուցչի կարիք կա:
Լոռու մարզի Կաթնաղբյուր համայնքի միջնակարգ դպրոցին շտապ ֆիզկուլտուրայի, քիմիայի ուսուցիչներ և դասվարներ են անհրաժեշտ:
Ուսուցչի թափուր աշխատատեղերը երկար ժամանակ է չեն լրացվում: 2012 թվականից պարբերաբար մրցույթներ են հայտարարվում, բայց մանկավարժներ այդպես էլ դպրոց չեն գալիս: Դպրոցի տնօրեն Աննա Մակարյանը «Փաստ» օրաթերթի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում հավաստիացրեց, որ մասնագետների պակասն աշակերտների գիտելիքների վրա չի ազդում:
«Թոշակառուներ են, իրենք են պարապում: Ուսուցիչներ կան, որ այդ առարկաները պարապել են, 4–5 տարվա ստաժ ունեն, նրանց ենք ժամերը տալիս: Կարելի է, ոչինչ, յոլա տանել»,– նշեց Մակարյանը:
Իսկ թե ինչու Կաթնաղբյուր մանկավարժ չի գալիս, դա էլ իր պատճառներն ունի: Համայնքը ծայրամասային է: Գյուղական կյանքը գրավիչ չէ մանկավարժների համար:
Միջհամայնքային ճանապարհն անմխիթար վիճակում է, ինչի պատճառով մարդիկ միայն խիստ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում են դուրս գալիս գյուղից, իսկ տաքսիներից օգտվելու դեպքում էլ կրկնակի թանկ վճարում: Այն մարզկենտրոն Վանաձորից 39 կմ հյուսիս– արևմուտք է գտնվում: Ոչ բոլորն այստեղ գալու համարձակություն ունեն:
«Հեռու ենք, ամբողջ ձմռանը ճանապարհները փակվում են ու չեն բացվում: Անմխիթար վիճակում են ճանապարհները, ոչ մեկ չի ուզում գալ»,– մտահոգվեց տնօրենը:
Այստեղ նաև տրանսպորտ չի գործում: Ովքեր ցանկություն ունեն համայնքում աշխատելու, պետք է վարձով բնակվեն: Աշխատավարձի զգալի մասը ճանապարհածախսին են հատկացնում, պետությունն էլ ոչնչով չի աջակցում: Սա նույնպես շատերի սրտով չէ:
«Եթե մարդը կիլոմետրերով ճանապարհը գնում–գալիս է և իր գրպանից է վճարում, բացի դրանից տան վարձ է տալիս, սննդի հարցեր է լուծում, պատկերացրեք նրա վիճակը: Ամբողջ աշխատավարձի մեծ մասը՝ 70–80%–ը գնում է էդ ծախսերին: Աշխատավարձն էլ քիչ է, որովհետև ժամերն են քիչ: Չեն կարող գալ ու վարձով մնալ: Այս ամենը նպաստում է, որ մանկավարժներ չգան գյուղ»,– շեշտեց Աննա Մակարյանը:
Այս դպրոցը 100 աշակերտ ունի և միայն 31 աշխատող:
Տնօրենը կարծում է՝ եթե միջհամայնքային ճանապարհը բարեկարգ լիներ, իրենք մասնագետի խնդիր չէին ունենա:
Կաթնաղբյուրի դպրոցը միակը չէ, որ մանկավարժների պակաս ունի: Մարզի հեռավոր համայնքները նույնպես տարիներ շարունակ այս խնդրի առաջ են կանգնած:
