Վանաձորում հանում են անօրինական տաղավարները, հերթը չինովնիկների շաուրմայանոցներինն է

Վանաձորի քաղաքապետարանը վերջապես սկսել է համայնքի վարչական տարածքում 1988թ. երկրաշարժից հետո ինքնակամ տեղադրված տաղավարների եւ ժամանակավոր կառույցների ապամոնտաժման գործընթացը: Քաղաքապետարանից հայտնում են, թե արդեն գույքագրվել են միջպետական ճանապարհներին հարող տարածքների եւ քաղաքաշինական հատուկ կարգավորման գոտում գտնվող ինքնակամ տեղադրված մոտ 80 տաղավարն ու ժամանակավոր կառույցները: Տերերը ծանուցվել են: Տնակների մի մասը սեփական ուժերով  են հանվել, մյուսների ապամոնտաժումն ու տեղափոխումը իրականացվում է  համայնքապետարանի ուժերով:

Քաղաքապետարանից վստահեցնում են, որ միջպետական ճանապարհին հարող տարածքներից հետո հերթը համայնքի տարածքում գտնվող ապօրինի տեղադրված այլ տնակ-տաղավարներինն է: Ծանուցվելուց հետո դրանք չտեղափոխելու դեպքում սեփականատերերը կենթարկվեն վարչական պատասխանատվության՝ համայնքի հողի վրա դրված տնակի համար տուգանվելով 400 000 դր., իսկ սեփական հողի վրա դրվածի համար՝ 200 000 դրամի չափով: Տնակները կտեղափոխվեն հատուկ տարածք:

Քաղաքապետ Մամիկոն Ասլանյանը, լրատվամիջոցների հետ զրույցում նշել է, թե տեղադրված տնակները տհաճություն են պատճառում վանաձորցիներին: Ասլանյանի ասածի մեջ, բնականաբար, կա ճշմարտություն, սակայն որքան տհաճ են այս հնամաշ տնակները, նույնքան  էլ տհաճ են մայթերին ու գազոնների վրա կառուցված ու կառուցվող բուտիկներն ու շաուրմայանոցները:

Այս առիթով քաղաքապետին սոցիալական ցանցի իր էջում հարց է հղել «Լոռի» հեռուստաընկերության խմբագիր Նարինե Ավետիսյանը, նշելով. «… Մի հարց է ինձ մտահոգում, «ապօրինի» նկատի ունեք այն տաղավարները, որոնք քաղաքապետարանի կողմից թույլտվություն չունե՞ն, թե՞ որ չեն համապատասխանում քաղաքաշինական նորմերին, անկախ փաստաթողւթ ունենալ-չունենալուց: Կարծում եմ, տնակ-տաղավարներից կազատեք բոլոր կանաչ գոտիներն ու սիզամարգերը, մասնավորապես, առաջնահերթության կարգով շուկայի շրջակայքը և Մյասնիկյան փողոցը: Անկախ փաստաթուղթ ունենալ-չունենալուց, պիտի առաջնորդվել ՀՀ օրենքներով: Դուք էլ եք, չէ՞ այդպես կարծում, եթե այո, ապա ի՞նչ ժամկետներում»:

Հնչեցրած հարցին ի պատասխան քաղաքապետը պատասխանել է. « Աստիճանաբար և հետեւողական նաև Ձեր կողմից մատնանշվածներին ենք հասնելու… Օրինական տեղադրվածների համար հատուկ ընթացակարգ կա, օրենքով եւ իրավական լուծումներով, ժամանակատար պրոցես է»:
Քաղաքապետարանի կողմից սկսված ապամոնտաժման գործընթացն իսկապես գովելի ու սպասված քայլ է, սակայն հանել հնամաշ «բուտկաներն ու տաղավարները, չտեսնելու տալով կամ հետաձգելով տարբեր տրամաչափի տեղական չինովնիկների՝ գազոնների ու մայթերի վրա կառուցած բուտիկներն ու շաուրմայանոցները, մեղմ ասած, սխալ է:

Մնում է հավատալ քաղաքապետի խոսքին ու սպասել, որ «աստիճանաբար և հետեւողականորեն կհանվեն նաեւ դրանք», լավ է ուշ, քան երբեք տարբերակը, միայն թե այդ ուշը մինչև հավերժություն չձգվի:
