ՏԻՄ ընտրություններ. ընդդիմությունը բացակայում է

Վաղը Հայաստանի մի շարք համայնքներում սպասվում են ՏԻՄ ընտրություններ: Շատ համայնքներ խոշորացվել են ու ըստ էության համայնքային ընտրությունները պարզապես գյուղապետի ընտրություն չեն: Ընդդիմությունն այս ընտրություններում ներկայացված չէ: Հիմնականում մասնակցում են ՀՀԿ-ն, Ծառուկյան դաշինքը, ՀՅԴ-ն ու անկուսակցական թեկնածուներ, որոնց ահռելի մասը կրկին մերձիշխանական դաշտից են:

ԵԼՔ-ն իր չմասնակցությունը ազնվորեն հիմնավորեց անպատրաստությամբ: Իսկապես ՝ թե Վանաձորի, թե Գյումրու նախորդ տարվա ընտրությունները ցույց տվեցին, որ ընդդիմադիր ուժերը պատրաստ չեն տեղերում ընտրություններին ակտիվորեն մասնակցել, չնայած, պառլամենտական հարթակից նրանց մոտ ստացվում է ակտիվ գործելաոճ դրսևորել:

Ընդդիմադիր ուժերի բացակայությունը ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում դառնում է վատ ավանդույթ: ՀՀԿ-ն սիրում է մատնանշել այս փաստը ու հեգնել, թե իբր ընդդիմաիդրները ալարում են մասնակցել փոքր ընտրություններին: Սակայն խնդիրը բազմաշերտ է ու միայն ընդդիմադիրներին մեղադրելով հարցը չի լուծվում: 

Մի կողմի իշխանությունը հենց տեղական մակարդակով է վերցրել հիմնական լծակներն ու պատրաստ չէ զիջել: Դա մենք տեսանք թե Գյումրիում, թե Վանաձորում, որտեղ երկու քաղաքապետերն էլ, որոնց առաջադրել էր ՀՀԿ-ն, ընտրվեցին ըստ էության ոչ լեգիտիմ ու կասկածելի եղանակով:

Մյուս ողմից իսկապես ընդդիմությունը պատրաստ չէ երարատև ու ձանձրալի սևագործ աշխատանք տանել ու տեղերում քաղաքական ինֆրաստրուկտուրաներ զարգացնել:
