Նոր փոփոխություն. ուսանողները կրթությունը բակալավրիատում կկարողանան կազմակերպել 4-6 տարում

 Հայաստանում բարձրագույն կրթության ոլորտում իրականացվող մի շարք փոփոխություններով նախատեսվում է սահմանել բակալավրիատում կրթության նոր, միջազգային մեթոդաբանություն: Առկա ուսուցման համակարգում սովորող ուսանողին կտրվի ընտրության հնարավորություն՝ կրթությունը կազմակերպել 4-6 տարի ժամանակում, իսկ հեռակա ուսուցման համակարգում սովորողին՝ 4-8 տարում: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ Կրթության և գիտության նախարարության բարձրագույն և հետբուհական մասնագիտական կրթության վարչության պետ Ռոբերտ Սուքիասյանը:

««Բարձրագույն և հետբուհական մասնագիտական կրթության մասին» օրենքում փոփոխությունների նախագծով սահմանել ենք ուսուցման նոր ձև: Կա երկու կարգ՝ ամբողջական բեռնվածության ուսուցումը՝ առկա ուսուցման համակարգ և մասնակի բեռնվածության ուսուցումը՝ հեռակա ուսուցման համակարգ: Առաջինի դեպքում ուսանողն իր բակալավրիական կրթությունը կկազմակերպի 4+2 տարում՝ ելնելով իր ծանրաբեռնվածությունից: Ուսանողին հնարավորություն կտրվի նվազագույնը 4 և առավելագույնը 6 տարում ավարտել բակալավրիական կրթությունը: Իսկ մասնակի բեռնվածության դեպքում ուսումնառությունը կկազմակերպվի 4+4 տարում»,-ասաց Սուքիասյանը:

Այս համակարգն ինչ-ինչ պատճառներով ծանրաբեռնված ուսանողին հնարավորություն կտա առանց տարկետում վերցնելու, նվազագույն ծանրաբեռնվածությամբ շարունակել ուսումը՝ առարկաները բաշխելով համապատասխան տարիների միջև: Բուհն առաջարկելու է, օրինակ, առաջին կուրսի բոլոր ծրագրերը, իսկ ուսանողն ընտրելու է տվյալ կիսամյակի իր առարկաները՝ ձևավորելով բեռնվածությունը:Առկա ուսուցման համակարգում սովորող ուսանողը կարող է ընտրել՝ բակալավրիական կրթությունն ավարտել 4, 5 կամ 6 տարում, հեռակա ուսուցմանը՝ 4-ից մինչև 8 տարում:  

«Անցում ենք կատարում միջազգային «full time» և «half time» ուսուցման մեթոդաբանությանը, որն ընդունված է ողջ աշխարհում: Այն ուսանողին տալիս է շատ ավելի մեծ հնարավորություն: Ընդունվելուց հետո օրենքը միանգամից ուժի մեջ չի մտնի: Կտրվի որոշակի ժամկետ՝ 3 տարվա ընթացքում բուհերը կկազմակերպեն այդ համակարգը: Նախագծի ընդունումից հետո բոլոր բուհերն աստիճանաբար կանցնեն այս փոփոխության իրագործմանը»,-ասաց վարչության պետն ու հավելեց՝ փոփոխությունը ուսանողների համար ուսումնառության կազմակերպման մեծ հնարավորություն է, որպեսզի իրենք կազմեն իրենց ուսուցման գրաֆիկը:

Օրենքի նախագծով փոփոխություններ են սպասվում բարձրագույն կրթական համակարգում: Օրենքը կիրառական հիմքեր է ստեղծում բուհերի գործունեության համար: Նախագիծն այժմ հանրային քննարկման փուլում է, որից հետո կներկայացվի ՀՀ կառավարությանը:
