Լևոն Ալթունյանը Հայաստանում բժիշկների վերադասավորման անհրաժեշտություն է տեսնում

Հայաստանի կառավարությունը խնդիր է դնում ոչ թե բժիշկների թվի կրճատման, այլ վերադասավորումներ իրականացնելու: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանը: «Այսօր Հայաստանում կա 600-700 բժշկի թափուր աշխատատեղ: Դրան զուգահեռ կան բժիշկներ, որոնք լրիվ ծանրաբեռնվածությամբ չեն աշխատում: Պետք է վերադասավորումներ լինեն, այնպիսի պայմաններ ապահովվեն, որ յուրաքանչյուր աշխատող միավորի մասով 70-80 տոկոս ծանրաբեռնվածություն լինի»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց նախարարը:
Նախարարը մանրամասնեց, որ վերադասավորումը հետևյալն է ենթադրում՝ եթե մի հիմնարկում 60 բժիշկ կա, բայց պետք է 48, այն 12 բժիշկին առաջարկվում է վերապատրաստվում՝ համալրելու թափուր աշխատատեղերը՝ և Երևանում, և մարզերում: «Եթե մարդուն առաջարկում ենք իր մասնագիտությամբ աշխատանք մարզում, բայց նա չի ուզում փոխել իր աշխատավայրը, իրեն կառաջարկվի ոլորտի այլ մասնագիտացում անցնել և աշխատանքի անցնել այդ մասնագիտությամբ»,- պարզաբանեց Ալթունյանը:
Անդրադառնալով ավելի վաղ իր արած հայտարարությանը, թե օպտիմալացման շրջանակներում թոշակի տարիքի բժիշկները պետք է անցնեն թոշակի և ազատվեն աշխատանքից՝ նախարարն ասաց, որ կոնկրետ թոշակառու բժիշկներին սպասվում է թոշակ, նրանք գնալու են թոշակի, բայց դա կրճատում չի համարվում: «Եթե, օրինակ, տարեց բժիշկն աշխատում է մարզում և նա պահանջված է հասարակության ու ադմինիստրացիայի կողմից, խնդրեմ, ոչ մի խնդիր չկա: Ուղղակի կա թոշակային հասակի մասին օրենք, և ես կարծում եմ, որ այդ օրենքը պետք է կատարվի»,- ասաց Ալթունյանը:
