ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Վայոց ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են Մալիշկա գյուղի բնակիչ Վազգեն Սարգսյանի մահվան իրական հանգամանքները: Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ սպանության համար մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել հարևանին:

2017 թվականի հուլիսի 12-ին ահազանգ էր ստացվել Մալիշկա գյուղի բնակիչ Վազգեն Սարգսյանի ինքնասպանություն գործելու մասին. նույն օրը՝ ժամը 17։05-ի սահմաններում, կինը նրա դին հայտնաբերել էր իրենց տան նկուղի առաստաղին ամրացված մետաղյա կեռից կախված։

Վայոց ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ, և ձեռնարկվել անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ, նշանակվել դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։ Ստացված թիվ 035 եզրակացությամբ հերքվել էր ինքնասպանության վարկածը։ Ըստ փորձագետների՝ մահը վրա է հասել մեխանիկական շնչահեղձությունից, պարանոցի օրգանների սեղմման արդյունքում, իսկ պարանոցի վերին երրորդականի մագաղաթանման ճմլման ակոսն առաջացել է օղի ներգործությամբ և ունի հետմահու ծագում, այսինքն՝ Վ.Սարգսյանի մահը հետևանք է նրա նկատմամբ կիրառված բռնության:

Մեծածավալ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ դեպքի օրը Վ.Սարգսյանը կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանել է հարևանի հետ, որի ժամանակ էլ խեղդամահ է արվել։

Մասնավորապես՝ նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ 2017թ. հուլիսի 12-ի վաղ առավոտյան՝  ժամը 06:47-ից 9:30-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ հարևանները վիճաբանել են տուժողի տան բակում, որի ընթացքում հարևանը քաշքշել ու հարվածել է նրան՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ, որից հետո, օղի միջոցով խեղդելու եղանակով սպանել: Այնուհետև՝ սպանությունը քողարկելու նպատակով  ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը Վ.Սարգսյանի դիակը տեղափոխել է վերջինիս տան նկուղ, որտեղ մեկ այլ օղով կախել է նկուղի առաստաղին ամրացված մետաղյա կեռից՝ ինքնասպանության նմանակում ստեղծելու համար:

Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 44-ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը:
