Ադրբեջանը քայլեր է ձեռնարկում այսպես կոչված «խաղաղության պլատֆորմ» նախագիծը վերականգնելու ուղղությամբ: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց Եվրանեսթ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովում հայաստանյան պատվիրակության ղեկավար, ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արմեն Աշոտյանը: «Գիտեք, որ վերջերս Թբիլիսիում կայացավ այսպես կոչված նոր «խաղաղության պլատֆորմի» շնորհանդեսը: Առաջին պլատֆորմի անփառունակ և խայտառակ տապալումից հետո սա երկրորդ փորձն է կեղծ խաղաղարության և կեղծ միջոցներով, իբր թե,  վստահության միջոցների ներդրման»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ընդգծեց Արմեն Աշոտյանը:

Նա հավելեց, որ իրենք Եվրանեսթ ԽՎ-ի լիագումար նիստի շրջանակներում էլ կտրականապես մերժել են ադրբեջանական կողմից նման մոտեցումը: «Մեզ, իհարկե, պետք է վստահության մթնոլորտ: Դա միայն ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծին չի վերաբերվում, այլ նաև հասարակություններին: Սակայն հասարակությունների երկխոսությունը չի կարող լինել իմիտացիոն, չի կարող լինել սկանդալային և կոռուպցիոն ծրագրերի միջոցով իրականացվող և չի կարող լինել ադրբեջանական քարոզչության մեջ: Վստահության վերականգնումը պետք է տեղի ունենա քաղաքացիական հասարակությունների միջև երկխոսության, քաղաքական գործիչների շփումների միջոցով, բայց ոչ այնպիսի կեղծ նախաձեռնության միջոցով, ինչպիսին «խաղաղության պլատֆորմ» 2-ն է»,- նշեց պատգամավորը:

Նա նաև հայկական լրատվամիջոցներին խնդրեց ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահել այդ հակահայկական նախաձեռնությունը` ընդգծելով, որ համատեղ ուժերով հարկավոր է դեռևս սաղմնային վիճակում չեզոքացնել ադրբեջանական կողմի  այդ կեղծ ծրագիրը:
