Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը հանդիպել է ՀՀ-ում Ֆրանսիայի նորանշանակ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ժոնաթան Լաքոտի հետ: Շնորհավորելով դեսպանին Հայաստանում դիվանագիտական առաքելությունը սկսելու առթիվ` քաղաքապետը համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ դեսպանատան հետ ձևավորված ջերմ հարաբերությունները կլինեն շարունական, ինչն իր հերթին կնպաստի Երևանի և ֆրանսիական քաղաքների միջև հաստատված բարեկամական ու գործնական հարաբերությունների էլ ավելի ընդլայնմանը: 

«Վստահ եմ, գիտեք, պարոն դեսպան, որ հաջորդ տարին Երևանի համար հոբելյանական տարի է: Մենք նշելու ենք մեր քաղաքի հիմնադրման 2800-ամյակը, և այդ համատեքստում տարին լինելու է բավականին հագեցած: Բացի այդ, հաջորդ տարի Երևանում նախատեսվում է անցկացնել նաև Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի 17-րդ գագաթաժողովը, ինչը ևս կարևորված է մեր կողմից:

Հաջորդ տարի, անշուշտ, մենք աննախադեպ թվով պատվիրակություններ կհյուրընկալենք Երևանում, այդ թվում նաև ֆրանսիական մեր քույր և գործընկեր քաղաքներից, ու ես վստահ եմ, որ սա ևս մեկ հրաշալի հնարավորություն կլինի, որպեսզի էլ ավելի ամրապնդենք ու խորացնենք երկուստեք կապերը: Վստահ եմ, գիտեք, որ Երևանում ունենք ֆրանսիական կապիտալով գործող ընկերությունների լավ օրինակներ և, հաշվի առնելով, որ մեզ մոտ այսօր առկա է ներդրումային բավականին լայն և բարենպաստ դաշտ, ակնկալում եմ, որ Ձեր լիազարությունների շրջանակում կանեք հնարավորը՝ ֆրանսիական նոր ընկերություններ Երևան ներգրավելու ուղղությամբ: Համոզված եղեք, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանն իր լիազորությունների շրջանակում միշտ բաց և պատրաստակամ է փոխշահավետ համագործակցության համար», - նշել է քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը: 

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով շնորհավորանքի և ֆրանսիական քաղաքների հետ համագործակցության ընդլայնման պատրաստակամության համար` ՀՀ-ում Ֆրանսիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ժոնաթան Լաքոտը նշել է, որ իր լիազորությունների շրջանակում կանի առավելագույնը երկուստեք կապերի ամրապնդմանն ու էլ ավելի խորացմանն ուղղված բոլոր նախաձեռնություններին և ծրագրերին աջակցելու և օժանդակելու համար:

«Պարոն քաղաքապետ, Ձեր պատրաստակամությունն ու հետևողականությունն իսկապես անչափ կարևոր են մեզ համար, և վստահեցնում եմ, որ իմ լիազորությունների շրջանակում կանեմ հնարավորը երկու երկրների քաղաքների միջև արդեն իսկ հաստատված բազմոլորտ համագործակցությանը նոր թափ հաղորդելու համար: Ինչ վերաբերում է Երևանում Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի 17-րդ գագաթաժողովի անցկացմանը, ապա համոզված եղեք, որ մեզ համար ևս դա կարևոր իրադարձություն է: Եվ համոզված եղեք, պարոն քաղաքապետ, որ, ի դեմս ՀՀ-ում Ֆրանսիայի դեսպանատան, գագաթաժողովի պատշաճ կազմակերպման ու անցկացման հարցում ևս Դուք ունեք վստահելի գործընկեր, ու Ձեզ հետ միասին մենք կանենք առավելագույնը, որ գագաթաժողովն անցնի պատշաճ մակարդակով», - նշել է դեսպանը: 

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը մտքեր են փոխանակել նաև երկուստեք կապերի խորացման նպատակով տարբեր ոլորտներում հնարավոր համագործակցություն ձևավորելու և զարգացնելու հետ կապված:
