Արմավիրում մանկապարտեզներում անվտանգության ուժեղացման կարիք չեն տեսնում

Արմավիրի «Մանուշակ» մանկապարտեզի գործունեությունը ժամանակավորապես կասեցվել է: Այստեղ արտակարգ դեպք էր տեղի ունեցել: 36–ամյա Արգամ Հովիկյանը չորս ժամ պատանդ էր պահել հաստատության սաներից մեկին՝ 3–ամյա Հմայակին՝ պահանջելով նախկին կնոջը:

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը փորձեց պարզել՝ արդյոք դեպքի հետո, մանկապարտեզներում հսկողությունը կուժեղացվի՞: Քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնի պետ Վարդուհի Երանոսյանը պարզաբանեց, որ գործող մանկապարտեզների դռները միշտ էլ փակ են եղել անծանոթների առջև: Իսկ «Մանուշակի» դեպքը տարբերվում է նրանով, որ մուտք գործած անձը, ով դաստիարակի նախկին ամուսինն է եղել, գիտեր դուռը բացվելու ժամերը:
«16:00–ի կողմերը դուռը բացվում է: Ծնողները իրենց երեխաներին վերցնում են: Այդ ժամի համար բաց է եղել»,– հայտնեց նա:

Հավաստիացրեց՝ 13 մանկապարտեզների դռները մշտապես փակ են լինում: Բացվում են առավոտյան՝ երեխաների մանկապարտեզ հաճախելու ժամանակ և տուն գնալիս: Քաղաքապետարանից պնդեցին, որ մանկապարտեզներում լրացուցիչ անվտանագության քայլեր ձեռնարկելու անհրաժեշտություն չկա:

«Եթե ժամանակից շուտ ինչ–որ մեկը դուռը թակում է, մտնելու համար անպայման ներսից հրահանգ է լինում: Ճշտում են, վարիչից հրաման է լինում և նոր ներս են թողնում: 100%–ով բոլոր մանկապարտեզներում այդպես է: Անգամ այդ մանկապարտեզում դա խիստ է դրված»,– փոխանցեց Երանոսյանը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Արգամ Հովակիմյանը նախկին կնոջ՝ Լիլիթ Հովհաննիսյանի հետ որոշ հարցեր պարզելու համար մտնում է վերջինիս աշխատավայր՝ «Մանուշակ» մանկապարտեզ: Հանդիպումը վերածվում է վեճի, հասնում է մինչև դանակի սպառնալիքի: Ձայներից վեճին սկսում են միջամտել մանկապարտեզի աշխատակիցները, որոնց թվում նաև մանկապարտեզի վարիչ Ռոզա Վարդանյանը, ով Լիլիթի տատիկն է:
Արգամ Հովիկյանը դանակով վնասվածքներ է հասցնում ինչպես նախկին կնոջը, այնպես էլ մանկապարտեզի վարիչին և սպառնում բոլորին, ով փորձի դուրս գալ սենյակից, որտեղ կային նաև երեխաներ:

Դեպքի վայր են ժամանում Արմավիր քաղաքի ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները և բանակցությունների արդյունքում երեխաներն ու մյուս աշխատակիցները դուրս են գալիս դանակով զինված Արգամի տիրապետության տակ գտնվող սենյակից:

Սենյակում մնում են մանկապարտեզի վարիչը, նոր ժամանած Լիլիթի մայրը և մանկապարտեզի սան, 3–ամյա Համայակ Համազասպյանը, ում Արգամը նստեցրել էր գրկին և սպառնում էր վնասել, եթե սենյակ չբերեին իր նախկին կնոջը:
