ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով պարզվել է Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոնում 32-ամյա ծննդկանի մահվան պատճառը, փորձագետները փաստել են, որ ծննդկանի նկատմամբ չեն կատարվել անհրաժեշտ բժշկական միջոցառումները:

2016 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 18-ին՝ ժամը 01:25-ին, «Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերության շտապօգնության բաժանմունքից ահազանգ է ստացվել առ այն, որ ՓԲԸ-ի ծննդատան բաժանմունքում մահացել է Լոռու մարզի 32-ամյա բնակչուհին:

Նախնական քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 32-ամյա կինը առաջնածին ախտորոշմամբ Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոն է ընդունվել 2016 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 26-ին։ Գտնվելով բժիշկների հսկողության ներքո՝ 21 օր անց` 2016 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 17-ին` ժամը 18:40-ին, կինը ծննդաբերել է արական սեռի երեխա, որից հետո նրա ինքնազգացողությունը վատացել է։ Հաջորդ օրը` հոկտեմբերի 18-ին՝ ժամը 01:40-ին, նույն բաժանմունքում նա մահացել է:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 130-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով, և ձեռնարկվել են անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողություններ՝ կնոջ մահվան պատճառները պարզելու ուղղությամբ, նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։

Նոյեմբերի 29-ին վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինն ստացել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության եզրակացությունը։ Ըստ այդմ՝ փորձագետները կնոջ մոտ ախտորոշել են ծննդաբերական պատռվածք, արտաքին սուր արյունահոսություն, ներքին օրգանների և անոթների սուր արյունապակասություն։

32-ամյա կնոջը ցուցաբերված բուժօգնության, ինչպես նաև ծննդալուծման պրոցեսի վարման ընթացքում և հետծննդաբերական շրջանում ցուցաբերված բուժօգնության, մասնագիտական բժշկական բացթողումների հետ կապված հարցերի պարզաբանման համար քննիչը դեռևս 29.11.2016 թվականին նշանակել է հանձնաժողովային դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն, որի կատարումը հանձնարարվել է ՀՀ ԳԱԱ «Փորձաքննությունների ազգային բյուրո» ՊՈԱԿ-ի փորձագետներին:

2017 թվականի նոյեմբերի 3-ին ստացվել է հանձնաժողովային դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության եզրակացությունը, որի համաձայն` 32-ամյա կնոջ ծննդաբերությունից հետո մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգների կողմից չեն կատարվել ծննդկանի հետծննդաբերական արյունահոսության հիմնական աղբյուր հանդիսացող վնասվածքի՝ արգանդի պատռվածքի վերականգնում և արյունահոսության դադարեցում։ Ըստ փորձագետների՝ ծննդկանի նկատմամբ չեն կատարվել բժշկական անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումները, որն էլ գտնվում է պատճառահետևանքային կապի մեջ հետծննդյան շրջանում ծննդկանի մոտ արյունահոսական բարդությունների շարունակական զարգացման և նրա մահվան հետ: 

Նախաքննության ընթացքում հայտնի է դարձել, որ ծննդկանի՝ ծննդաբերությունն ընդունած մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգը 2017 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 18-ին Դիլիջան-Երևան ավտոճանապարհին իր վարած ավտոմեքենայով վթարի է ենթարկվել և մահացել:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։ Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ կկայացվեն համապատասխան դատավարական որոշումներ, որի մասին կտեղեկացնենք լրացուցիչ։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
