Նոյեմբերի 2-ին Կոտայքի մարզի Ջրառատ համայնքի վարչական տարածքում գտնվող հանդամասում հայտնաբերվեցին որպես անհետ կորած որոնվող 56-ամյա Վարդուհի Սիմոնյանի և 53-ամյա Սամվել Ալիխանյանի դիերը։
Ոստիկանության փոխանցմամբ, նոյեմբերի 6-ին ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժնի ծառայողների և քննչական բաժնի ձեռնարկած համատեղ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական միջոցառումների շնորհիվ պարզվեց, որ սեպտեմբերի 18-ին Հրազդան քաղաքի Ջրառատ թաղամասի տներից մեկում Սամվել Ալիխանյանին և Վարդուհի Սիմոնյանին սպանել է 1985 թ. ծնված Լյուդվիգ Հ.-ն, ապա դիակները տեղափոխել ու թաղել է Հրազդան քաղաքի Ջրառատ համայնքին պատկանող «Չամանգյուլ» կոչվող հանդամասի դաշտամիջյան ակոսի մեջ:
Նոյեմբերի 6-ին Լյուդվիգ Հ.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով:

Հիշեցնենք, որ սեպտեմբերի լույս 20-ի գիշերը ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժնում հաղորդում էր ստացվել, որ Հրազդանի բնակիչ, 56-ամյա Վարդուհի Սիմոնյանն անհետ կորել է։ Սկսվեցին որոնողական աշխատանքներ նրան հայտնաբերելու նպատակով։ Միջոցառումների ընթացքում քրեական հետախույզները պարզեցին, որ Վարդուհի Սիմոնյանի հետ միաժամանակ անհետ կորել է նաև նրա մտերիմներից՝ Հրազդանի բնակիչ, 53-ամյա Սամվել Ալիխանյանը։ 
ՀՀ ոստիկանության տարբեր ստորաբաժանումների ծառայողներ, նաև քննչական կոմիտեի ծառայողներ օր ու գիշեր շարունակում էին անհետ կորածներին հայտնաբերելու միջոցառումները՝ «սանրելով» Հրազդանի բաժնի սպասարկման գրեթե ողջ տարածքը։ Արդյունքում՝ Վարդուհի Սիմոնյանի և Սամվել Ալիխանյանի դիերը հայտնաբերվեցին նոյեմբերի 2-ին Կոտայքի մարզի Ջրառատ համայնքի վարչական տարածքում գտնվող հանդամասում։ 
Նշանակվել են փորձաքննություններ։ 
Հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակում իրավապահները խուզարկել են Երևանի Տիչինայի փողոցի տներից մեկը, որտեղ հայտնաբերվել են անհետ կորած Վարդուհի Սիմոնյանի և Սամվել Ալիխանյանի անձնագրերը։ Կատարվածի հանգամանքները հետախուզական միջոցառումներով ու քննչական գործողություններով պարզվում են։
