Սուրեն Կարայանն այցելել է «ՓՄՁ ներդրումներ» ունիվերսալ վարկային կազմակերպություն

ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարար, «ՓՄՁ ներդրումներ» ունիվերսալ վարկային կազմակերպության (ՈՒՎԿ) խորհրդի նախագահ Սուրեն Կարայանը նոյեմբերի 8-ին այցելել է ՈՒՎԿ-ի գրասենյակ՝ քննարկելու կազմակերպության կատարած աշխատանքները և առաջիկա անելիքները։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Նախարարին է ներկայացվել, որ վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում «ՓՄՁ ներդրումներ» ՈՒՎԿ-ի կողմից ֆինանսավորվել են թվով70 ներդրումային ծրագրեր` շուրջ 3 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ գումարի չափով և արտոնյալ պայմաններով։ Վարկերից 15-ը սուբսիդավորվել են պետության կողմից արտահանման խթանմանն ուղղված քաղաքականության արդյունքում։
Քննարկման ժամանակ նշվել է, որ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկայի ֆինանսական վարձակալության` լիզինգի պետական աջակցության ծրագրի» շրջանակներում տրամադրվել է ընդհանուր թվով 105 գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկա։
Սուրեն Կարայանը «ՓՄՁ ներդրումներ» ՈՒՎԿ ՓԲԸ-ի ղեկավարության հետ քննարկել է նաև կազմակերպության միջազգային համագործակցությունը։ Զեկուցվել է, որ Ռուսական արտահանման կենտրոնի (РЭЦ) և Վարկային կազմակերպության միջև ստորագրվել է համագործակցության վերաբերյալ հուշագիր, ինչը լավ խթան կհանդիսանա երկկողմ հարաբերությունների զարգացման և համագործակցության խորացման համար:
Տեղեկացվել է, որ «ՓՄՁ ներդրումներ» ՈՒՎԿ ՓԲԸ-ի և «Ուղղակի ներդրումների ռուսական ֆոնդ»-ի միջև ստորագրվել է համաձայնագիր, որով ազդարարվել է հայ-ռուսական ներդրումային հարթակի ստեղծումը։ Նշված համագործակցության արդյունքում արդեն իսկ մի քանի հավակնոտ ծրագրեր են ներկայացվել «Ուղղակի ներդրումների ռուսական ֆոնդ»-ին, որոնց շուրջ ռուսական կողմը հետաքրքրություն է ցուցաբերել:
Հոկտեմբեր ամսին ստորագրվել է եռակողմ հուշագիր վարկային կազմակերպության, ռուսական ֆոնդի և «Ֆորա կապիտալ» ՍՊԸ-ի միջև:
Բանակցությունների արդյունքում Վնեշէկոնոմբանկի և «ՓՄՁ ներդրումներ»-ի միջև փոխգործակցության հուշագիր կնքելու վերաբերյալ համաձայնություն է ձեռք բերվել: Իսկ նախարարի՝ վերջերս Բելառուսի Հանրապետություն կատարած այցելության արդյունքում համագործակցություն է նախատեսվում նաև Բելառուսական զարգացման բանկի հետ։
Նախարարին ներկայացվել է նաև, որ Շանհայի համագործակցության կազմակերպության միջբանկային միավորմանն անդամակցելու նպատակով բանակցություններ են տարվել նշված կազմակերպության ընթացակարգերին համապատասխան։
Նախարար Սուրեն Կարայանը «ՓՄՁ ներդրումներ» ՈՒՎԿ ՓԲԸ –ի գործադիր տնօրեն Արթուր Բադալյանի և աշխատակազմի հետ քննարկել է կազմակերպության առաջիկա անելիքները և միջազգային համագործակցության շրջանակները։
