Սուրեն Քրմոյանը ՄԱԿ-ում ներկայացրել է հակակոռուպցիոն ոլորտում Հայաստանի արձանագրած հաջողությունները

Ավստրիայի մայրաքաղաք Վիեննայում նոյեմբերի 6-ին մեկնարկել է Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպության «Կոռուպցիայի դեմ» կոնվենցիայի անդամ երկրների կոնֆերանսի 7-րդ նստաշրջանը, որին մասնակցում է նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պատվիրակությունը՝ ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Սուրեն Քրմոյանի ղեկավարությամբ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Սուրեն Քրմոյանը նոյեմբերի 7-ի ելույթում անդրադարձել է հակակոռուպցիոն ոլորտում վերջին շրջանում իրականացրած նախաձեռնություններին՝ հատուկ շեշտադրելով ՀՀ օրենսդրության համապատասխանեցումը «Կոռուպցիայի դեմ» կոնվենցիայի պահանջներին։ Ելույթում նշվել է հակակոռուպցիոն նոր ինստիտուցիոնալ մարմնի ստեղծման մասին՝ միաժամանակ ընդգծելով տվյալ մարմնին վերապահված և կոնվենցիայով սահմանված անկախության երաշխիքները։ Սուրեն Քրմոյանը խոսել է նաև կոռուպցիոն հանցագործությունների բացահայտման կարևորագույն տարրերից ազդարարման համակարգի ստեղծման, ապօրինի հարստացման քրեականացման, հայտարարագրման ինստիտուտի բարեփոխման, էլեկտրոնային կառավարման գործիքների շարունակական ներդրման, գնումների ոլորտում իրական սեփականատերերի ինստիտուտի ներդրման և այլ կարևորագույն նախաձեռնությունների մասին։ «Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի ոլորտում Հայաստանը կարևորում է բոլոր շահագրգիռ կողմերի՝ պետական մարմինների, հասարակական կազմակերպությունների, բիզնեսի, միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ջանքերի և նպատակների համատեղումն ու կառուցողական համագործակցությունը», - ասել է փոխնախարարը։
Նստաշրջանի ընթացքում պատվիրակությունը նաև մի շարք կարևորագույն երկկողմ հանդիպումներ է ունեցել, որոնք կնպաստեն կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարում միջազգային համագործակցության ամրապնդմանը։
