«Շիկահող պետական արգելոցում» ապօրինի ծառահատումների և պաշտոնեական անփութության դեպքի առթիվ քրգործ է հարուցվել

 Շիկահող պետական արգելոց» ՊՈԱ կազմակերպության և Սյունիքի մարզի Ծավ համայնքի տարածքում անհայտ անձի կողմից առանձնապես խոշոր չափի ապօրինի ծառահատում և «Շիկահող պետական արգելոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ի պահպանության ծառայության աշխատակիցների կողմից պաշտոնեական անփութություն կատարելու դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի դատախազությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:

2017թ. նոյեմբերի 1-ին Սյունիքի մարզի դատախազությունում ստացվել է ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության բնապահպանության և ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնի Սյունիքի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից կազմված՝ բնապահպանական իրավախախտման վերաբերյալ արձանագրությունը և կից հաշվարկը, ըստ որի՝ Կապան-Մեղրի ավտոմայրուղու 37-րդ կմ-ին հարակից անտառամերձ տարածքում ապօրինի հատվել են տարբեր տեսակների և տրամագծերի  ծառեր: 

Նշված արձանագրությունն անմիջապես ուղարկվել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության Սյունիքի մարզային վարչության Կապանի բաժին՝ քրեադատավարական կարգով  նյութեր նախապատրաստելու ցուցումով: 

Նախապատրաստված նյութերով պարզվել է, որ Կապան-Մեղրի ավտոմայրուղու 47-րդ կմ-ին հարակից անտառային ֆոնդի տարածքներում՝ ՀՀ ԲՆ «Շիկահող պետական արգելոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ին պատկանող տարածքում, անհայտ անձի կողմից ապօրինի հատվել է 30 տարբեր տեսակի և տրամագծի ծառեր, իսկ Սյունիքի մարզի Ծավ համայնքի վարչական տարածքի համայնքային սեփականության հողատարածքից՝ 7 տարբեր տեսակի և տրամագծի ծառեր, ծառի ճյուղեր, ինչի հետևանքով պետությանը պատճառվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափի՝  5.393.466 ՀՀ դրամ վնաս: 

Բացի այդ, փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ ապօրինի ծառահատումները կատարվել են «Շիկահող պետական արգելոց» ՊՈԱԿ պահպանության ծառայության աշխատակիցների կողմից՝ արգելոցի և արգելավայրերի ռեժիմները խախտող ցանկացած գործողություն կանխելու, դրանց վերաբերյալ արձանագրություն կազմելու իրենց պարտականությունները պատշաճ չկատարելու, ծառայության նկատմամբ անբարեխիղճ և անփույթ վերաբերմունքի հետևանքով: 

Նկատի ունենալով, որ նախապատրաստված նյութերում առերևույթ առկա են անհայտ անձի կողմից առանձնապես խոշոր չափի ապօրինի ծառահատման, ինչպես նաև «Շիկահող պետական արգելոց» ՊՈԱԿ պահպանության ծառայության աշխատակիցների կողմից պաշտոնեական անփութության հանցակազմի հատկանիշներ՝  ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի դատախազությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: 

Նախաքննությունը հանձնարարվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային վարչությանը:
