Տավուշի մարզի 10 գյուղի պոտենցիալը կուսումնասիրեն և կներառեն տուր փաթեթներում

Գյուղական տուրիզմը Տավուշում զարգացնելու նախադրյալներ են  ստեղծվում: ՄԱԿ-ի Զարգացման ծրագրի կողմից իրականացվող ծրագրի շրջանակում Իջևանում բացվեց Տավուշի տուրիզմի զարգացման և հետազոտությունների կենտրոնը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ բացմանը ներկա էին Հայաստանում ՄԱԶԾ մշտական ներկայացուցչի տեղակալ Դմիտրի Մարիասինը, ՀՀ Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման փոխնախարար Վաչե Տերտերյանը:

«Այս կենտրոնը կհամախմբի երիտասարդներին՝ քննարկելու տուրիզմի զարգացման ծրագրերը, պատրաստելու տուրիստական նոր արտադրանքներ, տուրիստներին առաջարկելու հետաքրքիր և նոր բաներ: Կենտրոնը բացվել է «Ինտեգրված գյուղական զբոսաշրջության զարգացում ծրագրի» շրջանակում, որն իրականացնում է ՄԱԿ-ի Զարգացման ծրագիրը ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության հետ՝ Ռուսաստանի ֆինանսավորմամբ: Ծրագրի նպատակն է ողջ Հայաստանում գյուղական տուրիզմի համար ստեղծել  60 նոր կետեր, էկոտուրիզմով հետաքրքրված տուրիստներին գրավել հայկական հիանալի գինով, օգնել ավելի լավ ճանաչել հայկական բնությունը, հուշարձանները: Ծրագրի համար տրված է 3 մլն ֆինանսավորում, այն ավարտին կհասցվի 2019-ին»,-ասաց Մարիասին:

Ուսումնասիրել են հայկական գրեթե բոլոր գյուղերը և գտել շատ հետաքրքիր գաղափարներ: Ռուսաստանի օգնությամբ Տավուշում տրվում է ծրագրի մեկնարկը ՝ հույս ունենալով, որ կենտրոնը, որը բացվում է ԵՊՀ Իջևանի մասնաճյուղի հետ համագործակցությամբ, կլինի նոր բիզնեսի հիմքը: «Տավուշը համարվում է բնության և մշակույթի ունիկալ համադրություն, բացի այդ այստեղ հիանալի, աշխատասեր մարդիկ կան: Կան հետաքրքիր հուշարձաններ, որտեղ հասնելը դժվար է, մենք կօգնենք ճանապարհները կարգի բերելու, գիդեր պատրաստելու գործում ևս: Ծրագիրը կիրականացնենք այլ մարզերում ևս»,-ասաց Դմիտրի Մարիասին:

Նորաբաց կենտրոնում աշխատում են ԵՊՀ Իջևանի մասնաճյուղի ուսանողներ և շրջանավարտներ, որոնք նախապես անցել են դասընթացներ: Կենտրոնի համակարգող Պավել Ասիլբեկյանի խոսքով՝առաջին փուլի համար առանձնացվել է մարզի 10 գյուղ՝ Նոյեմբերյանի, Իջևանի և Դիլիջանի տարածաշրջանից: «Մենք դուրս ենք բերել այդ գյուղերի պոտենցիալը, որը կարող ենք օգտագործել տուրիզմի զարգացման համար՝ սկսած ազգային ավանդույթներից, ճաշատեսակներից, ծիսական արարողությունից մինչ պատմամշակութային հուշարձաններ»,-ասաց նա:

«Տուրիզմը Տավուշում իսկապես ունի հեռանկար: Եվ մենք համոզված ենք, որ ջանքերի ճիշտ համադրման դեպքում այդ ռեսուրսը կարելի է բազմապատկել: Ոչ միայն Ենոքավանի, այլ նաև Տավուշի մյուս գյուղերի ռեսուրսի համադրությամբ կարելի է մարզը հրապուրիչ դարձնել արտագնա և ներգնա տուրիզմի համար: Տավուշը կարող է գյուղական տուրիզմի, էկոտուրիզմի հետաքրքիր փաթեթներ առաջարկել: Այդ կենտրոնն ունի հենց այդ նպատակը»,-ասաց փոխնախարար Տերտերյանն ու հավելեց, որ մի կողմից կզարգանա տուրիզմը, մյուս կողմից՝ տնտեսությունը:

Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության դեսպանության մշակութային գծով կցորդ Եվգենի Պանտելեևի խոսքով՝ ծրագիրը կոմպլեքս աջակցություն է գյուղական համայնքներին, տուրիզմի զարգացմանը: «Կենտրոնի ամենակարևոր գործառույթներից է ստեղծել կառավարման համակարգ տեղական համայնքներում և կրթել համայնքների ներկայացուցիչներին հայտնաբերել իրենց տարածքի զբոսաշրջության պոտենցիալը և դրանք վերածել եկամտի կայուն աղբյուրի: Այն կարևոր քայլ է նաև տեղի երիտասարդությանը ներգրավելու և հնարավորություն տալու իրականություն դարձնել տուրիզմի զարգացման իրենց գաղափարները»,-եզրափակեց նա:
