Ինովացիոն գաղափարներ, թվայնացում, նոր կապեր. Բիզնես ինովացիոն ֆորումը մեկ հարկի տակ է հավաքում ոլորտի մասնագետներին

 Ինովացիոն գաղափարների ներկայացում, ոլորտի խնդիրների վերհանում, նոր կապերի հաստատում. Բիզնես ինովացիոն ֆորումը հերթական անգամ մեկ հարկի տակ է հավաքում ոլորտի մասնագետներին: «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում Բիզնես ինովացիոն ֆորումի կազմակերպիչ՝ Ինֆորմացիոն տեխնոլոգիաների ձեռնարկությունների միության (ԻՏՁՄ) գործադիր տնօրեն Կարեն Վարդանյանը նշեց, որ այս տարի միջազգային փորձագետներ կժամանեն Գերմանիայից, Բելգիայից և Ռումինիայից:

«Մեր առաքելությունն է նպաստել Հայաստանի` որպես տեխնոլոգիական երկիր դառնալու գործընթացի զարգացմանը: Այս ճանապարհին անհրաժեշտ է նորարարության քաղաքականություն և նորարար գործընթացներ: Եվ որպեսզի կարողանանք քննարկում ունենալ տարբեր ոլորտներում նորարարության ներմուծման վերաբերյալ, ստեղծեցինք այս հարթակը: Հույս ունենք, որ տարիների ընթացքում այն կընդլայնվի կդառնա մեծ հարթակ` ընդգրկելով բազմաթիվ ոլորտներ»,-ասաց Կարեն Վարդանյանը:

Ֆորումի մասնակիցները քննարկելու են թվայնացման հնարավորություններին, նորարարական ուղիներին, Հայաստանում ՏՀՏ կրթությանը վերաբերող և այլ հարցեր:

«Աջակցություն ՓՄՁ զարգացմանը Հայաստանում» ծրագրի թիմի ղեկավար Էվա Նեհերը նշեց, որ փորձում են եղանակներ գտնենք օժանդակելու ՓՄՁ-ներին Հայաստանում:

«Մենք տեսնում ենք, որ լավ հնարավորություններ կան ՓՄՁ-ների համար: Այս ֆորումը յուրահատուկ հարթակ է ինովացիոն մոտեցումները, գաղափարները քննարկելու, նոր մոտեցումները ՓՄՁ ոլորտում կիրառելու համար: Ֆորումին հնարավորություն է ընձեռվում մեկ հարկի տակ համախմբել պետական, մասնավոր, գիտահետազոտական հատվածի ներկայացուցիչներին և քննարկել խնդիրներն ու գաղափարները»,-ասաց Էվա Նեհերը:

Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ ներկայում իրականացվում է նորամուծությունների քարտեզագրման աշխատանքներ: Քարտեզագրումը ցույց կտա, թե ընկերությունները որքանով են կիրառում ինովացիան, նորարար մոտեցումները: Քարտեզագրման աշխատանքներն արդեն 2 ամիս է սկսվել են: Աշխատում են տեղական միջազգային փորձագետներ, ուսումնասիրվում է ներկա իրավիճակը: Էվա Նեհերը նշեց, որ հաշվի առնելով նշված բոլոր հարցերի վերհանումը, առաջարկները, եզրահանգումները, կմշակվի Ինովացիոն զարգացման ռազմավարություն:

Թե որքանով են պատրաստ ՓՄՁ ընկերությունները կիրառելու նոր մոտեցումները, Կարեն Վարդանյանը նշեց, որ դա կախված է գործարարների մտածելակերպից: Եթե գործարարը կենտրոնացած է միայն Երևանի շուկայի վրա, ընդլայնվելու, այլ երկրներում ներկայանալու խնդիր իր առջև չի դնում, բնական է, որ ինովացիան իր համար առաջնային չէ: Կարեն Վարդանյանի խոսքով, այժմ աշխատանք է տարվում գտնել այն մարդկանց, ովքեր պատրաստ են նորարարական մոտեցումներ կիրառելուն:

Նոյեմբերի 10-11-ին Դիլիջանում կանցկացվի Բիզնես ինովացիոն ֆորումը` «Դեպի նոր իրականություն» խորագրի ներքո: Այն ավանդաբար իրականացվում է ՀՀ վարչապետի բարձր հովանու ներքո:
