Տարկետման սահմանափակումը չի խանգարի գիտությամբ զբաղվել. ԿԳ նախարարը՝ ուսանողներին

 Տարկետման իրավունքի սահմանափակումը չի խանգարի գիտությամբ զբաղվել ցանկացող ուսանողի: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` «Հանուն գիտության զարգացման» նախաձեռնության անդամների հետ այս պահին շարունակվող հանդիպմանը նման համոզմունք հայտնեց ԿԳ նախարար Լեւոն Մկրտչյանը:

Զինծառայությունից տարկետման իրավունքի սահմանափակման նախագծում խնդիրներ տեսնող ուսանողները նշում են, որ տարկետման ինստիտուտում խիստ սահմանափակումները չեն վերականգնի սոցիալական արդարությունը: «Կան ոլորտներ, օրինակ` առողջապահական ոլորտը, որտեղ եւս կան բավականին մեծ բացեր: Շատերը հենց այդ ոլորտի «օգնությամբ» են ազատվում զինծառայությունից»,-նշեցին ուսանողները՝ հավելելով, որ նախագծով խախտվում է գիտությամբ զբաղվել ցանկացող ուսանողների իրավունքները:

Նախարարի հետ հանդիպմանն ուսանողները նշեցին, որ նախագիծը խոչընդոտներ է առաջացնում նաեւ բուհերի համար՝ ուսանողների քանակի հետ կապված: «Բուհերում ֆիզմաթ ուղղվածությունը նախընտրում են հիմնականում տղաները: Օրենքի ընդունումից հետո այդ ֆակուլտետներում ուղղակի մարդ չի մնա»,-նշեցին ուսանողները՝ առաջարկելով տարկետում տրամադրել այնպիսի մարդկանց, ովքեր իսկապես շարունակելու են գիտությամբ զբաղվել,այլ ոչ գիտությունն օգտագործելու են զինծառայությունից խուսափելու համար:

Լսելով ուսանողների դժգոհություններն ու առաջարկները՝ ԿԳ նախարար Լեւոն Մկրտչյանը չժխտեց, որ բարձրագույն կրթության ոլորտում կան խնդիրներ: Սակայն նա չհամաձայնեց ուսանողների այն տեսակետի հետ, որ օրենքն ընդունելուց հետո ուսանողների թվի նվազման խնդիր կառաջանա: «Մենք յուրաքանչյուր տարի տարկետում ենք տրամադրում  5-6 հարյուր հոգու, իսկ սա այն թիվը չէ, որի վրա հենվելով կարող ենք ասել, որ  տղաները բնագիտական ուղղվածություն ունեցող ֆակուլտետներում շատ կլինեն, կամ քիչ: Բաշխվածությունն այս առումով  հավասարաչափ է»,-ասաց նախարարը:

Անդրադառնալով սոցիալական արդարության խնդրին՝ նախարարը համաձայնեց՝ կան մասնագիտություններ, որոնք պահանջում են կրթության անընդհատություն: «Բազմաթիվ օրինակներ կան, շատ մարդիկ կան, ում ծառայությունը չի խանգարել գիտությամբ զբաղվել: Տարկետման իրավունքի սահմանափակումը չի խանգարի գիտությամբ զբաղվել ցանկացող ուսանողի»,-հավելեց նախարարը:
