Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն փոխել է գործընթացի կառավարման տարածքային մոդելը

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեում իրականացված կառուցվածքային փոփոխությունների արդյունքում տարածքային հարկային տեսչությունների սպասարկման սրահների աշխատանքի կազմակերպումը կառավարման տարածքային մոդելից փոխվել է գործառութայինի: Այսուհետ տնտեսվարողներին մատուցվող ծառայությունները համակարգում է հարկ վճարողների սպասարկման վարչությունը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
«Սպասարկումը հասցեականացվել է և տարանջատվել հսկողական գործառույթից, որի նպատակը հարկ վճարողների սպասարկման արդյունավետ կառավարման ապահովումն է, կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերի և հովանավորչության նվազեցումը»,-տեղեկացրել է ՊԵԿ հարկ վճարողների սպասարկման վարչության պետ Հովիկ Հովհաննիսյանը: Նա վստահեցրել է, որ սպասարկման սրահներ այցելած հարկ վճարողներն իրենց հարցի ամբողջական պատասխանը մեկ այցելության ընթացքում ստանում են «մեկ պատուհան» սկզբունքով. «Եթե հարկ վճարողի դիմումի բովանդակությունն առնչվում է կոմիտեի տարբեր ստորաբաժանումներին, այդ բաժիններին առանձին-առանձին դիմելու անհրաժեշտություն չկա: Ներքին համակարգի միջոցով հարցումներ կատարելով և հավաքագրելով ամբողջական պատասխան՝ այն հարկ վճարողին ենք տրամադրում սպասարկող միևնույն սրահում՝ ձերբազատելով լրացուցիչ քաշքշուկներից ու ժամանակի կորստից»: Սրահներում ներդրված հերթերի կառավարման համակարգի շնորհիվ հարկ վճարողների սպասարկումը քաղաքակիրթ եղանակով է կատարվում՝ առանց կուտակումների: Ի դեպ, սրահում տեղադրված սարքերի միջոցով այցելուները կարող են գնահատել իրենց սպասարկած աշխատակցի աշխատանքը:
Հարկ վճարողների սպասարկման վարչությունը բաղկացած է 21 բաժնից, որից 20-ն իրականացնում են շուրջ 225 000 հարկ վճարողների սպասարկման գործառույթ, իսկ 21-րդ բաժինը՝ ակցիզային դրոշմանիշերի և դրոշմապիտակների պատվիրման, ստացման, պահպանման, տրամադրման ու ոչնչացման գործառույթ: «Դրոշմապիտակներն ու դրոշմանիշերն ստանալու համար հեռավոր շրջաններից Երևան գալու անհրաժեշտություն չկա: Հայտերի ընդունումը և հաստատումը կատարվում են էլեկտրոնային համակարգով 3 օրվա ընթացքում, և հարկ վճարողին մնում է միայն ստանալ դրանք ընկերության գրանցված տարածքում գործող սպասարկման սրահից»,-նշել է Հովիկ Հովհաննիսյանը: Վարչությունը ՀՀ ռեզիդենտի կարգավիճակը հաստատող և ոչ ռեզիդենտի վճարած հարկերի մասին տեղեկանք է տրամադրում և համագործակցում պետական կառավարման, իրավապահ, դատական ու տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների, ՊԵԿ ստորաբաժանումների հետ:
