Էներգախնայողության ոլորտում ԵՄ ծրագրերի շահառու է դարձել 6 հազար տնային տնտեսություն

Եվրահանձնաժողովի ներկայացուցիչը էներգախնայողության ոլորտում Հայաստանի հանձնառությունը խիստ գովելի է համարում: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Եվրահանձնաժողովի Հարևանության և ԵՄ ընդլայնման հարցերով (NEST) գլխավոր տնօրինության Արևելյան հարևանության գծով տնօրեն Լորենս Մերեդիթը:  Երևանում «ԵՄ-ն էներգետիկայի համար» ծրագրի կողմից կազմակերպվել էր Հայաստանի էներգախնայողության ներուժի բացահայտմանն ուղղված համաժողովը: «Էներգախնայողությունը ձեր երկրի օրակարգում մեծ կարևորություն ունի, այն նաև գերակա առաջնահերթություն է Արևելյան Գործընկերության երկրների հետ համագործակցության համատեքստում»,-ասաց Մերեդիթը:

ԵՄ պաշտոնյան նշեց, որ էներգախնայողության և էներգաարդյունավետության ոլորտում էական հաջողությունների հասնելու համար համագործակցությունը շատ կարևոր է: Այս համատեքստում նա ներկայացրեց Հայաստանում այս ոլորտում ԵՄ կատարած ներդրումները: «Արդեն 30 միլիոն եվրո ենք ներդրել 10 տարբեր ծրագրերում՝ էներգաարդյունավետության ու էներգախնայողության ֆինանսավորման ուղղությամբ»,-ասաց Լորենս Մերեդիթը՝ հավելելով, որ ծրագրի շահառու է դարձել 17 քաղաքի 6 հազար տնային տնտեսություն: Նա կարևորեց նաև մայրաքաղաք Երևանում փողոցային լուսավորությունը LED լամպերով իրականացնելու ծրագիրը:

Ինչ վերաբերում է էներգախնայողության ԵՄ փորձին ու հիմնական մարտահրավերներին, պաշտոնյան առանձնացրեց երկուսը: «Այս ոլորտում առաջին խնդիրը պահանջարկն էլ ավելի արդյունավետ կառավարելն է, քանի որ ամենաէժան էներգիան այն է, որը չի սպառվում: Մենք Եվրամիությունում տեսել ենք, թե ինչպիսի լուրջ փոխակերպումներ են տեղի ունենում, երբ մենք կրճատում ենք էներգետիկ պահանջարկը: Մյուս գերակայությունը նոր տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրումն է մաքուր էներգիայի ոլորտում: Սա այն հազվագյուտ ոլորտներից է, ուր կարող եք ներդրումներ կատարել, խնայել էներգիա ու միաժամանակ ստեղծել աճի ներուժ: Այսօր կանաչ էներգետիկայի ոլորտում միլիոնավոր աշխատատեղեր են բացվում, ԵՄ-ում դրա արդյունքում 10 տոկոսով կրճատվել է էներգասպառումը»,-ասաց Լորենս Մերեդիթը: Պաշտոնյան համոզմունք հայտնեց, որ Հայաստանն էլ կարող է հասնել նման արդյունքի:

Նա հույս հայտնեց, որ համաժողովի արդյունքում կկարողանան ՀՀ կառավարության իրենց գործընկերների, դոնոր և ֆինանսական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ մատնանշել էներգախնայողության ոլորտում ապագա զարգացումներ ապահովելու ուղիները:
