Ապօրինի անտառահատում, ապօրինի որս, թափոններ. 3 միլիարդ դրամի վնաս` շրջակա միջավայրին

ՀՀ ԲՆ բնապահպանության նախարարությունից հայտնում են, որ բնապահպանության և ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնի ստորաբաժանումների աշխատակիցների կողմից 30.10.17-ից 03.11.17թթ. ընկած ժամանակահատվածում կատարված ստուգումների, շրջայցերի, Տեսչական մարմնին հանձնված վարչական վարույթի քննության, ինչպես նաև եռամսյակային հաշվետվությունների ընդունման գործընթացում հայտնաբերվել և արձանագրվել է թվով 31 իրավախախտում, որից 18-ի վերաբերյալ անցկացվել է վարչական վարույթի քննություն և նշանակվել 850.000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով վարչական տուգանք:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ վերոնշյալ ժամանակահատվածում բնապահպանական իրավախախտման հետևանքով շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնասի չափը կազմել է՝ 3.144.141 ՀՀ դրամ:
Բուսական աշխարհի պահպանության ոլորտում արձանագրվել է իրավախախտման 15 դեպք, քննված վարչական վարույթներով նշանակվել է 300.000 ՀՀ դրամ տուգանք, հաշվարկվել 2.940.141 ՀՀ դրամ շրջակա միջավայրին պատճառված վնաս: Լոռիում, Տավուշում, Վայոց Ձորում հայտնաբերվել են ապօրինի ծառահատման դեպքեր:
Սյունիքում, Արարատում, Արմավիրում հայտնաբերվել են վառելափայտի ապօրինի տեղափոխման դեպքեր: Երկու դեպքերում էլ հաշվարկվել են վնասները, նշանակվել տուգանքներ:
Մթնոլորտային օդի պահպանության, թափոնների տեղաբախշման, հողերի օգտագործման եւ պահպանման ոլորտում արձանագրվել է իրավախախտման 3 դեպք: Վերոհիշյալ ժամանակահատվածում քննված վարչական վարույթներով կայացվել է վարչական տուգանքի 3 որոշում՝ 230.000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով, որից
Կոտայքում հայտնաբերված հողի օգտագործման և պահպանման պահանջների խախտման 1 դեպքի եւ առանց անթափանց ծածկոցի սորուն նյութերի տեղափոխման 1 դեպքի վերաբերյալ նշանակվել են տուգանքներ:
Երևանում դիմում-բողոքի հիման վրա մթնոլորտն աղտոտող նյութերի արտանետման և թափոնների տեղաբաշխման դեպքի վերաբերյալ քննված վարչական իրավախախտման վարույթով նշանակվել է 100.000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով վարչական տուգանք:
Կենդանական աշխարհի պահպանության ոլորտում արձանագրվել է իրավախախտման 1 դեպք:
Շիրակում հայտնաբերվել է ձկան ապօրինի որսի 1 դեպք, նշանակվել է տուգանք:
Ընդերքի պահպանության ոլորտում արձանագրվել է իրավախախտման 8 դեպք`Վայոց ձորի, Լոռու, Գեղարքունիքի մարզերում:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ նշված ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ պետական բյուջե մուտքագրվել է 636.440 ՀՀ դրամ գումար:
