Ֆրանսիական դատարանը մերժել է Ադրբեջանի հայցը «բռնապետական ռեժիմի» մասին գործով

Փարիզյան Նանտեր արվարձանի դատարանը նոյեմբերի 7-ին որոշում է կայացրել Ադրբեջանի ներկայացրած հայցով. Ֆրանսիայի պատմության մեջ առաջին անգամ օտարերկրյա պետությունը դատի է տվել ֆրանսիացի լրագրողներին:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է Новая газета-ն, Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները որոշել են բողոքարկել ֆրանսիական հեռուստատեսությամբ հնչած «բռնապետություն», «բռնապետ», «բռնակալ», «աշխարհի ամենախիստ բռնապետություններից մեկը» արտահայտություններն ու լրագրողներին մեղադրել են զրպարտության մեջ:

Դատարանի որոշումը կարևոր նշանակություն ունի ոչ միայն Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների և լրագրողների համար. հայցվորների իրավացիության ապացուցման պարագայում ֆրանսիական դատարաններ հայցով կարող էին դիմել այլ երկրների իշխանություններ, որոնց քաղաքականությունը երբևէ քննադատել են ֆրանսիացի լրագրողները:

Դատաքննության առիթ հանդիսացած խոսքերը «բռնապետական ռեժիմի» մասին հնչել են Cash Investigation հեռուստածրագրի շրջանակներում, որը France 2 պետական ալիքի եթեր է գնացել 2015-ի սեպտեմբերին:

Ծրագրի շրջանակներում ցուցադրվել է 2 ժամ տևողությամբ ֆիլմ-հետաքննությունը՝ «Իմ նախագահը գործուղումների ժամանակ» խորագրով:

Հետաքննության սյուժեն, որը պատկերում է Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների հետ ֆրանսիացի ղեկավարների հարաբերութունները, կառուցվել է ֆրանսիացի նախագահների՝ այդ երկիր կատարած երկու այցի շուրջ:

Հետաքննության ստեղծողներն Իլհամ Ալիևի ռեժիմը մի քանի անգամ անվանում են բռնապետական և նշում, որ ԱՄՆ Պետքարտուղարության դիվանագիտական նամակագրության մեջ Ալիևին նկարագրում են որպես «կնքահայր, որը կառավարում է երկիրը Կորլեոնեի ձևով»:

Լրագրողների շահերը դատարանում պաշտպանել է «Լրագրողներ առանց սահմանների» կազմակերպությունը: Իսկ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների օգտին ելույթ են ունեցել ֆրանսիացի քաղաքական գործիչներ Անդրե Վիլյեն և Ժան-Ֆրանսուա Մանսելը, որոնք Բաքվի կողմից ֆինանսավորվող «Ադրբեջանի ընկերների ասոցիացիայի» անդամներ են:
