Ընտրատեղամասում «ՑԱՅԳ» ՀԸ լրագրողների լիազորությունների իրականացմանը խոչընդոտելու դեպքով քրգործ է հարուցվել

 ՀՀ ոստիկանության Ախուրյանի բաժնի  տեսուչ-հերթապահը 2017 թվականի նոյեմբերի 5-ին զեկուցագիր է ներկայացրել այն մասին, որ նույն օրը` ժամը 14:45-ին, ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գրասենյակից ահազանգ  է ստացվել թիվ 30/08 ընտրական տեղամասում զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցի ներկայացուցիչների լիազորությունների իրականացմանը խոչընդոտելու վերաբերյալ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչության Ախուրյանի բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի 180-181-րդ հոդվածներով սահմանված կարգով նախապատրաստվել են նյութեր: 

Նյութերի նախապատրաստմամբ պարզվել է, որ 2017թ. նոյեմբերի 5-ին տեղի ունեցած տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրությունների ժամանակ խոչընդոտվել է կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի կողմից հավատարմագրված՝ «ՑԱՅԳ» հեռուստաընկերության ներկայացուցիչներ Ալլա Բաղդասարյանի և Արթուր Մարգարյանի աշխատանքը: 

Մասնավորապես, 2017 թվականի նոյեմբերի 5-ին՝ ժամը 11:00-ի սահմաններում, երբ Շիրակի մարզի Մարմաշեն գյուղում տեղակայված թիվ 30/08 ընտրատեղամասի մոտ «ՑԱՅԳ» հեռուստաընկերության ներկայացուցիչ՝ օպերատոր Արթուր Մարգարյանը տեսանկարահանել է ընտրատեղամասի հարակից տարածքում կայանված ավտոմեքենաները, այնուհետև տեսախցիկն ուղղել է քաղաքացի Պ.Է.-ի ուղղությամբ,  վերջինս օպերատորից պահանջել է չնկարահանել իրեն, այնուհետև ձեռքով հրել է տեսախցիկը: 

Դեպքի առթիվ 2017 թվականի նոյեմբերի 8-ին ՀՀ Շիրակի մարզի դատախազությունում ՀՀ քրեական  օրենսգրքի 149-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախատեսված հանցագործության հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: 

 ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության կողմից քրեական գործը պահանջվել է՝ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն ուղարկելու համար:
