«Սանիթեք» ընկերությունն իր սոցիալական ծրագրերի շրջանակում իրականացնում է համաքաղաքային տեղեկատվական արշավ, որի նպատակն է հորդորել Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչներին աղբը նետել միայն աղբամանների մեջ։ «Օգտագործի՛ր ըստ նշանակության. աղբը նետի՛ր աղբամանի մեջ» խորագիրը կրող տեղեկատվական արշավի շրջանակում քաղաքի տարբեր հատվածներում տեղադրվել են պաստառներ. համեմատությունների միջոցով ընկերությունը փոխանցում է այն կարևոր հաղորդագրությունը, որ աղբը ճիշտ վայրում նետելը նույնքան սովորական պետք է լինի, որքան թեյը բաժակի մեջ լցնելը կամ իրերը համապատասխան դարակներում դասավորելը։ 
Գաղտնիք չէ, որ սանիտարական մաքրման և աղբահանության հարցում դեռևս կան թերացումներ, ինչը հաճախ պայմանավորված է տեխնիկական որոշակի խնդիրներով։ Ընդունելով պատասխանատվության իր չափաբաժինը և աշխատանքներ տանելով մատուցվող ծառայության որակի բարելավման ուղղությամբ՝ «Սանիթեքը» բնակիչներին ևս կոչ է անում լինել պատասխանատու շրջակա միջավայրի մաքրության համար։ 
Նշենք, որ սա «Սանիթեք» ընկերության թվով երրորդ սոցիալական նախաձեռնությունն է։ Շարքի նպատակն է ձևավորել շրջակա միջավայրի հանդեպ հոգատարության մշակույթ: Ամիսներ առաջ ընկերությունը սոցիալական հոլովակ էր պատրաստել, որտեղ ներկայացվում էին «Սանիթեքի» աշխատակիցների պատմությունները: Մեկ այլ նախաձեռնությամբ՝ «Հոգատարությունը սկսվում է քեզանից», ընկերությունը կոչ էր անում հոգատար լինել քաղաքի հանդեպ։
Սոցիալական արշավներն իրականացվում են Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի հետ համագործակցելով։ Արշավների գաղափարն ու իրականացումը ԲՐԵՎԻՍ ընկերությանն է։
