ՀՀԿ-ն առանց Սերժ Սարգսյանի. ոչ լեգիտիմության հեռանկարը

Սերժ Սարգսյանի վարչապետության հեռանկարի շուրջ քննարկումները, տեղեկատվական արտահոսքերը վեր են հանում իշխանական վերնախավում առկա մի խնդիր, որը հաճախ չի քննարկվում հրապարակայնորեն: Առանց Սերժ Սարգսյանի ՀՀԿ-ում կոնսենսուս չկա: Կամ ավելի ճիշտ ՝ եթե չլինի Սերժ Սարգսյանը, ապա ՀՀԿ-ում ազդեցության կռիվ տվող սուբյեկտները պատրաստ չեն ճանաչել միմյանց լեգիտիմությունը:
Այս թեմայի արծարծումը կարևոր է այնքանով, որ անդադար Սերժ Սարգսյանին գովաբանելուն զուգահեռ, հանրապետականներից շատերն ամեն դեպքում փորձում են պարզել, թե ի վերջո ինչու է լռում Սարգսյանը, ինչու չի հայտարարում իր պլանների մասին: Եվ եթե երկար է լռելու ու ի վերջո չի դառնալու վարչապետ, ապա ով է լինելու վարչապետը, կա արդյոք վարչապետի թեկնածու Սարգսյանի պլաններում:
Այս անկանխատեսելի վիճակը անհանգստացնում է ողջ ՀՀԿ-ին, որովհետև կա ճիշտ կողմնորոշվելու ու նախապես դիրքավորվելու խնդիր: Այս դիրքավորումների փնտրտուքն արտահայտվում է անդադար տեղի ունեցող տեղեկատվական արտահոսքերով, որոնց նպատակն է մամուլի ուժն օգտագործել ներկուսակցական հարցերում որոշակիություն մտցնելու պրոցեսում:
Սարգսյանն ամեն դեպքում ձգձգում է ինտրիգը, հասկանալով, որ կլինեն անհամբերներ, ովքեր իր որոշումից շուտ կփորձեն լուծել իրենց դիրքավորման հարցերը: Սպասողականությունը Սարգսյանի սիրելի ժանրի ավանդական գործիքակազմերից մեկն է: Այդպես նա նաև ֆիլտրում է իր շրջապատը, փորձելով հնարավոր դավադրության հակվածություն ունեցողներին զտել այդ միջավայրից: Նաև շատ լավ հասկանալով, որ առանց իր առաջնորդության, փաստացի ՀՀԿ-ն կարող է փլուզվել ու մասնատվել:
