Քաղծառայողի ամուսինը ԽՍՀՄ ռուբլի՞ է հայտարարագրել

ՀՀ քաղաքացիական ծառայության խորհրդի անդամ Արմինե Խառատյանը Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովին է ներկայացրել իր 2016 թ. տարեկան հայտարարագիրը:
Արմինե Խառատյանը հայտարարագրել է միայն 3 միլիոն դրամ փոխառություններ և 6 միլիոն 824 հազար դրամ տարեկան եկամուտներ, որից 5 միլիոն 960 հազար ու 675 հազար դրամը աշխատավարձեր են, իսկ 188 հազար 557 դրամն էլ տրված փոխառությունների՝ վարկերի դիմաց ստացված տոկոսը:
Խառատյանի ամուսինը՝ Հովհաննես Մարգարյանը, նույնպես նախորդ տարվա ընթացքում փոխառություններ է հանձնել, որոնք դեռևս չեն վերադարձվել: Այդ փոխառությունները կազմել են 10 միլիոն դրամ: Նա աշխատանք չունի, քանի որ իր եկամուտների տողում միայն կենսաթոշակի մասին տվյալներ կան: Այսպես, նրա տարեկան եկամուտները կազմել են 451 հազար 200 դրամ: Խառատյանի ամուսնու դրամական միջոցներն էլ 2016 թ. վերջին կազմել են 10 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար, 200 ֆունտ ստեռլինգ ու 2 հազար 132 ԽՍՀՄ ռուբլի:
Սովորաբար, երբ հայտարարագրում նշվում է ռուբլի, ապա դիմացը գրվում է միայն ռուսական: Գուցե Խառատյանի ամուսինը բանկային հաշիվների վրա պահել է դեռ խորհրդային տարիներին կուտակած փողերը:
