ՀՀ վարչապետն ուսանողներին առաջարկել է ընդգրկվել զինվորական ծառայության մասին» օրենքին առնչվող գործադիրի որոշումների նախագծերը մշակող աշխատանքային խմբում

ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյաննընդունել է կառավարության շենքի առջև «Զինվորական ծառայության և զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» օրինագծի դեմ բողոքի ակցիա իրականացնող ուսանողների ներկայացուցիչներին: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Հանդիպմանը ներկա են գտնվել նաև ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը և Կրթության ու գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը:
«Այսօրվա հանդիպումը ցանկանում ենք անցկացնել՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ ձեզնից յուրաքանչյուրը երկրի առջև զգում է իր պարտքն ու պատասխանատվությունը: Հարցադրումներ անելիս վստահ եմ՝ մեզնից յուրաքանչյուրը հասկանում է, թե ինչ պարտավորություններ և պարտք ունի որպես քաղաքացի, ինչպիսի մարտահրավերներ ունենք: Եթե մտավախություն կա, որ այս օրենսդրական փոփոխություններով կարող ենք ինչ որ բան խաթարել, ապա անհրաժեշտ է դիտարկել նաև այն երկրների օրինակները, որոնք մեզ նման են, ու արդյոք ձեր կողմից բերված փաստարկներն այդ երկրներում աշխատում են, թե՝ ոչ, դրանից գիտությունը տուժում է, թե՝ ոչ, մեր քաղաքացին ավելի անպատրաստ է, թե՝ ոչ: Բոլորս համոզված ենք և գիտակցում ենք, որ եթե խելացի չլինենք՝ լավ ապագա չենք ունենա: Այդ առումով, մենք շատ լավ կշռադատում, հաշվարկում ենք յուրաքանչյուր քայլ, որը կարող է դրան վնասել»,- հանդիպման սկզբում ասել է Կարեն Կարապետյանը:
Այնուհետև ուսանողները ներկայացրել են իրենց մտահոգություններն ու դիտարկումները, որոնց վերաբերյալ տրվել են մանրամասն պարզաբանումներ:
Նշվել է, որ ուսանողների կողմից բարձրացված հիմնական մտահոգությունները ոչ թե օրենքի կարգավորման առարկա են, այլ կարգավորվելու են ենթաօրենսդրական ակտերով: Վարչապետն ու պաշտպանության նախարարն ընդգծել են, որ նախատեսվելու է օրենքից բխող մոտ յոթ տասնյակ կառավարության որոշումների ընդունում, և ակցիայի նախաձեռնող խմբի ներկայացուցիչներին առաջարկվել է ընդգրկվել այդ որոշումների նախագծերը մշակող աշխատանքային խմբում ու ներկայացնել իրենց առաջարկներն ու մոտեցումները: Ուսանողների կողմից առաջարկությունը չի ընդունվել:
