Արդեն մի քանի օր շարունակվող դասադուլի առիթով Երեւանի պետական համալսարանում այսօր հրավիրված ռեկտորատի նիստում մաթեմատիկայի եւ մեխանիկայի ֆակուլտետի դեկան Արթուր Սահակյանը դեմ է արտահայտվել «Զինապարտության մասին» օրինագծին եւ դրանով նախատեսվող տարկետման իրավունքի ըստ էության վերացմանը:

Դասադուլը, հիշեցնենք, ընդդեմ հենց այդ օրինագծի է եւ կրում է «Տարկետում լինելուԱ» կարգախոսը: Սահակյանն այս ընթացքում, փոքրաթիվ գործընկերների հետ, համերաշխություն է հայտնել դասադուլի մասնակից ուսանողներին, եւ մամուլում տեղեկություն կար, որ հրավիրված նիստում նրանց անարգանքի սյունին են գամելու: Դեկանն ասաց, որ նման բան տեղի չի ունեցել, իրենց հասցեին քննադատություն չի հնչել: Նա նույնիսկ դեմ է քվեարկել քննարկման դրված օրինագծին, չնայած որ ասում էր, մեծ մասամբ այն ընդունելի է իր համար:

«Լինելով ընդհանուր առմամբ կողմ օրենքին, լինելով հիմնականում կողմ այն փաստարկներին, որոնք բերում են օրենքի կողմնակիցները եւ ոչ միշտ համաձայն լինելով օրենքին դեմ գնացողներին՝ ես, այնուհանդերձ, քվեարկել եմ «դեմ» օրենքին հավանություն տալուն, որովհետեւ համարում եմ, որ այս պահին այդ օրենքի ընդունումը էական հարված կլինի մեր գիտությանը: Գոնե՝ մաթեմատիկայի բնագավառում»,- լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց նա:  

Պարզաբանելով իր դիրքորոշումը՝ դեկանն ուշագրավ հայտարարություն արեց: Նա նկատեց, որ տարկետման իրավունքն, ըստ էության, դարձել է միակ գործոնն ու խթանը, հանուն ինչի երիտասարդներն այսօր գնում են ասպիրանտուրա՝ մաթեմատիկա մասնագիտությամբ:

«Որովհետեւ առաջվա գործոնները, որոնք կային՝ աշխատավարձ, հասարակության հարգանքն ու պատիվը, էնտուզիազմը, այսօր ոչ մեկը չեն գործում: Մնացել է բանակից խուսափելը՝ որպես էական խթան գիտությամբ զբաղվելու»,- ասաց Արթուր Սահակյանը, ապա հավելեց.

«Իհարկե, կարելի է ասել՝ ում է պետք այն գիտնականը, որը բանակից խուսափելու համար է գնում գիտություն: Բայց նույն հաջողությամբ ուրեմն եկեք աշխատավարձը կտրենք, ասենք՝ ում է պետք գիտնականը, որ հանուն փողի գիտությամբ է զբաղվում: Ճիշտ է, վատ է, որ ապիրանտուրա գնացածների մի մասը համենայնդեպս հետագայում գիտության մեջ չեն մնում»:

Մաթեմատիկայի եւ մեխանիկայի ֆակուլտետի դեկանը նաեւ ներկայացրեց վերջին 10 տարվա վիճակագրությունը, ըստ որի՝ իր ղեկավարած ֆակուլտետում տարկետման իրավունքից օգտվել է 24 երիտասարդ: Գիտությամբ զբաղվում է նրանցից 15-ը, որից 10-ը արտասահմանում է: «5-ը այստեղ են եւ ցավոք այդ 5-ից միայն 1-ն է մեր ֆակուլտետում ընդամենը կես դրույքով աշխատում, որովհետեւ ֆինանսավորումն այժմյան երիտասարդին չի բավարարում: Բայց այդ կես դրույքով աշխատող մեկ երիտասարդի շնորհիվ մենք այսօր ունենք միջազգային օլիմպիադաներում մեծ հաջողություններ»,- ասաց դեկան Սահակյանը: Մնացած ուսանողներն, ըստ նրա, թեպետ գիտությամբ չեն զբաղվում, բայց հեռացած չեն մաթեմատիկայից եւ աշխատում են տարբեր ոլորտներում:
