Ադրբեջանական NIDA շարժումը հրաժարվել է խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին մասնակցությունից

Ադրբեջանական NIDA շարժումը հայտարարել է նոյեմբերի 1-ին կայանալիք խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին իր մասնակցությունից հրաժարվելու մասին:
Վկայակոչելով ադրբեջանական Contact.az-ը, կազմակերպությունը հետ է կանչել ընտրությունների համար գրանցված իր թեկնածուներին:
NIDA-ի տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ նշվում է, թե իրենց որոշման պատճառն այն է, որ իրենք «չեն հավատում ազատ և արդար ընտրությունների անցկացմանը»: Կազմակերպությունը համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ ընտրությունները հերթական անգամ կկեղծվեն, և ռեժիմը կկազմի իրեն անհրաժեշտ խորհրդարանը»: NIDA-ի ներկայացուցիչները տեղեկացրել են, որ ընտրությունների մեջ մտնելով՝ ի սկզբանե նպատակ են ունեցել ոչ թե ստանալ պատգամավորական մանդատներ, այլ նախընտրական քարոզչության պատրվակով ավելի շատ շփումներ ունենալ քաղաքացիների հետ:
Հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է, որ ընտրական գործընթացի հենց սկզբից Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները խախտել են իրենց թեկնածուների իրավունքները՝ գրանցելով ներկայացված 8 թեկնածուներից միայն 2-ին: Միաժամանակ ընտրողների վրա ճնշում է գործադրվել՝ պահանջելով դադարեցնել աջակցությունն այս կամ այն թեկնածուին:
«Մենք հրաժարվում ենք մասնակցել ընտրություններին և հայտարարում, որ չենք ճանաչում քվեարկությունն արդեն իսկ հայտնի արդյունքներով: Սրա հետ մեկտեղ մեր ակտիվիստները կհետևեն ընտրությունների ընթացքին և կփորձեն բացահայտել դրանց ընթացքում հայտնաբերված կեղծիքները»,- նշվում է NIDA-ի հայտարարության եզրափակիչ հատվածում:
