Դեղատոմսերի շրջանառությունը կարգավորող նոր կարգը ուժի մեջ կմտնի պաշտոնական հրապարակումից հետո երեք ամիս անց

Հաստատվել է առողջապահության նախարարության ներկայացրած «Դեղատոմսերի ձևերը, դեղատոմսեր գրելու, դեղեր բաց թողնելու (ներառյալ՝ էլեկտրոնային եղանակով) կարգը, ինչպես նաև դեղերի և դեղանյութերի հաշվառման կարգը սահմանելու և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2001 թվականի օգոստոսի 14-ի N 759 որոշումն ուժը կորցրած ճանաչելու մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության որոշման նախագիծը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից:

Դեղատոմսերի շրջանառությունը կարգավորող փաստաթղթում հստակ սահմանված են թմրամիջոցների, հոգեմետ նյութեր պարունակող դեղերի, անվճար և արտոնյալ կարգով հատկացվող դեղատոմսերի գրման, բացթողնման և հաշվառման կարգերը, դեղատոմսերի ձևերը` դրանք համապատասխանեցնելով «Դեղերի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքին: Այդ գործառույթները գործող կարգերում նկարագրված են թերի կամ բացակայում են:

Նշենք, որ սահմանվում է դեղատոմի 4 նոր ձևաթուղթ։ Դեղատոմսը մնում է դեղատանը հետագայում պատշաճ վերահսկողություն և մշտադիտարկում իրականացնելու նպատակով:

Նոր կարգով դեղատոմսերում գրվելու են դեղերի համընդհանուր (ջեներիկ) անվանումները: Դեղատանը դեղ ձեռք բերող անձին պարտավոր  են ներկայացնելու առկա նույն բաղադրատարրը պարունակող, նույն դեղաչափով և դեղաձևով փոխարինելի բոլոր դեղերի վերաբերյալ  տեղեկատվություն, այդ թվում՝ գների մասին` առանց ուղղորդման: Միաժամանակ   պարզեցված է թմրամիջոցների նշանակման կարգը։ Դրանք կարող են դուրս գրել բժշկական օգնություն և սպասարկում իրականացնող հաստատությունների ընտանեկան բժիշկները, ինչպես նաև պացիենտին բուժող բժիշկները` անկախ մասնագիտությունից:

Դեղատոմսերի շրջանառությունը կարգավորող նոր կարգը ուժի մեջ կմտնի պաշտոնական հրապարակումից հետո երեք ամիս անց։

Նշենք, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությում գրանցված  4723 դեղից 3632-ը, որոնց թվում են նաև հակաբիոտիկները, բաց կթողնվեն դեղատոմսով։
