Թուրքիայում ազգային փոքրամասնությունների նկատմամբ առկա է ատելության մթնոլորտ. Սելինա Դողան

Թուրքիայում բնակվող ազգային փոքրամասնությունները, այդ թվում և հայերը, մեր օրերում դժվարանում են օգտվել միջազգային երաշխիքներից և քաղաքացիական իրավական նորմերից բխող շատ օրենքներ: Բացի այդ, երկրում ռազմական հեղաշրջման փորձից հետո հայտարարված արտակարգ դրության պայմաններում ազգային փոքրամասնությունները հայտնվել են ատելության խոսքի թիրախում: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին թուրքական Politik Yol լրատվամիջոցին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է մեջլիսի հայ պատգամավոր, Հանրապետական ժողովրդական կուսակցության անդամ Սելինա Դողանը:
Նա ընդգծել է, որ պոլսահայ մտավորական Հրանդ Դինքի մահվանից հետո Թուրքիայում բնակվող հայերի խնդիրները դարձել են ավելի տեսանելի և քննարկվող:
«Վերջին տարիներին երկրում ահագնացող մակարդակի հասնող ատելության մթնոլորտ կա: Եվ այս ամենը դարձել է ներքին քաղաքականության հարց: Հեղաշրջման փորձ է իրականացվում, հաջորդ օրը Ֆեթուլլահ Գյուլենին հայ են անվանում: Սա մշտապես գրպանում պահվող և ամեն հարմար առիթի ցույց տրվող քարտ է: Ցավալի է, որ թեպետ թուրքական քրեական օրենսգիրքը կարգավորում է ատելության հանցագործությունը, սակայն ամեն անգամ, երբ մենք դիմում ենք այդ օրենքին, որևէ արդյունք չենք կարողանում ունենալ: Հակառակը, ամեն անգամ մենք ենք մեղավոր դուրս գալիս»,- նշել է Դողանը:
Հայ պատգամավորն ընդգծել է, որ ներկայում Թուրքիայի հայ համայնքը տարբեր խնդիրների առաջ է կանգնած, ինչպես, օրինակ, պատրիարքի ընտրության հարցը կամ հայկական դպրոցների խնդիրները:
Դողանի կարծիքով՝ պետք է ժամանակակից կարիքներին համապատասխան փոփոխություններ անել դեռևս Օսմանյան կայսրության ժամանակ ընդունված և նույնությամբ հանրապետական Թուրքիայում կիրառվող ազգային կանոնադրության մեջ: «Ներկայիս իրականությանն ու կարիքներին համապատասխան նոր կանոնադրության անհրաժեշտություն կա: Այդ կանոնադրության պակասն է, որ պատճառ է դառնում այս գործընթացին քաղաքականության միջամտության»,- ընդգծել է նա: Դողանը, սակայն, շեշտել է, որ երկրի իշխանություններն էլ պետք է խնդրի լուծմանն ուղղված քայլեր ձեռնարկեն, ինչը չեն անում:
