Հայկական հեռուստաեթերի «թխոցիների» քաղաքականությունը

Հայկական հեռուստաեթերը ավանդույթի համաձայն կրկնօրինակում է այն, ինչը մոդայիկ է ռուսական շուկայում: Ռուսականն էլ իր հերթին կրկնօրինակում է արևմտյան արտադրությունը: Այս օրերին եթերում հայտնվել է նոր հաղորդում ՝ Լավ երեկո անվամբ, որը հիշեցնում է ռուսկան Երեկոյան Ուրգանտ հաղորդումը, որն էլ իր հերթին ամերիկյան արտադրության Ուշ երեկո Ջիմի Ֆելոնի և այլ հաղորդումների կրկնօրինակն է:
Մի կողմից, բնական է, որ եթե նույնիսկ ռուսական հեռուստաշուկան է զբաղված արտասահմանյան պրոդուկտներ կրկնօրինակելով, հայկականը դժվար թե կարողանար օրիգինալ կոնտենտ ստեղծեր: Մյուս կողմից էլ, հայկական հեռուստաեթերում թերանում են նաև կրկնօրինակելու հարցում՝ չկարողանալով պատրաստի կառուցվածքին որևէ օրիգինալ բովանդակություն ավելացնել:
Հասկանալի կլիներ, եթե կոմերցիոն նախագծերով զբաղվեր ասենք որևէ մասնաոր հեռուստաընկերություն: Բայց այդպիսի ակտիվ քաղաքականություն նկատվում է նաև Հ1-ի եթերում: Մի կողմից վերջին տարիներին Հ1-ը թոթափել է քարոզչամեքենայի իր վատ համբավը: Մյուս կողմից էլ, սակայն, այդպես էլ չի ստացվում պետբյուջեից սնվող ընկերությունում արտադրել սեփական կոնտենտ:
Սա բնականաբար միայն հեռուստաընկերության խնդիրը չէ: Քիչ է նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ արևմտյան տենդենցներին հետևում են ամբողջ աշխարհում: Ցանկացած հանրային հեռուստաալիք միտված պետք է լինի նաև հանրության հուզող խնդիրներին անդրադառնալուն: Բայց Հայաստանում իշխանություն-հասարակություն կապը չի աշխատում: Արդյունքում հանրությունը չի կարող որոշել իր իսկ հարկերից պահող Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերի կառուցվածքը:
Ստացվում է, որ քարոզչական խոսափողից Հ1-ը վեր է ածվում պարզապես ժամանցային ալիքի, որի նպատակն, ասենք, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին կամ Արմեն Աշոտյանին հումորային տեսանկյունից մատուցելն է, կամ Սերժ Սարգսյանի մասին թույլատրելիի սահմաններում ժպիտ առաջացնելը:
