ՀՀ ՔԿ-ն անհատականացնում է Բալահովիտում զենքի գործադրմամբ խուլիգանության գործողությունները

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում քննություն է տարվում՝ պարզելու Բալահովիտ գյուղի կաթի գործարանի մոտ զենքի գործադրմամբ տեղի ունեցած խուլիգանության հանգամանքները, բոլոր մասնակիցների ինքնությունը։ 2 անձի ձերբակալելու որոշում է կայացվել։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից՝ հավելելով. «2017թ նոյեմբերի 12-ին՝ ժամը 01:15-ին, ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Կոտայքի մարզի Բալահովիտ  գյուղի կաթի գործարանի մոտ կրակոցներ են հնչել, ինչից մոտ մեկ ժամ անց  Աբովյան ԲԿ-ից հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ «ծնկան հոդի, ճակատի և ծոծորակի շրջանի փափուկ հյուսվածքների սալջարդ, գանգուղեղի փակ վնասվածք, ցնցում հարցականով» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է դիմել Աբովյան քաղաքի 17-ամյա մի բնակիչ։

Նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ անչափահասը մարմնական վնասվածքն ստացել է Բալահովիտ գյուղի կաթի գործարանի մոտ տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի ժամանակ։ Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել են 2 պարկուճ, մահակներ, մետաղյա ձողեր և արնանման հետքեր: 

Դեպքի առթիվ ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով, որը նոյեմբերի 12-ին ստացվել և վարույթ է ընդունվել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում։

Նախնական քննությամբ ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ մի խումբ երիտասարդների միջև վիճաբանությունն սկսվել է նոյեմբերի 11-ի երեկոյան «Գետափ» ռեստորանի մոտ, որտեղ երիտասարդները մասնակցել են հարսանյաց հանդեսի։ Երգիչներից մեկի համերգային համարի պատճառով առաջացել է վիճաբանություն, ինչը շարունակվել է Բալահովիտի կաթի գործարանի մոտ՝ վերաճելով խուլիգանության, որին մասնակցել են նաև այլ անձինք։

Բալահովիտի անչափահաս բնակիչը ճանաչվել է տուժող։

Քննությամբ պարզվել է խուլիգանությանը մասնակցություն ունեցած անձանցից երկուսի ինքնությունը, որոնցից մեկը՝ ծնված 1995թ., ձերբակալվել է, ևս մեկին՝  ծնված 1998թ., ձերբակալելու որոշում կայացվել, որի կատարումը հանձնարարվել է ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնի համապատասխան ծառայողներին:

Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ միջադեպի բոլոր մասնակիցներին պարզելու, նրանց գործողություններն անհատականացնելու և համարժեք քրեաիրավական գնահատական տալու ուղղությամբ։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով»:
