ԱԺ-ն ամբողջությամբ ընդունեց «Զինվորական ծառայության և զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» օրենքը

Ազգային ժողովը երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ և ամբողջությամբ ընդունեց «Զինվորական ծառայության և զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, նախագծին կողմ քվեարկեց 86, դեմ՝ 6 պատգմավոր:
Քվեարկությունից առաջ դեմ քվեարկելու մասին հայտարարեց «Ելք» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արարատ Միրզոյանը: ՀՀԿ-ն, ՀՅԴ-ն ու «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքը կողմ քվեարկեցին նախագծին:
Պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայությունից տարկետման հիմքերի ցանկից հանվել են գիտական աստիճան ունենալու հիմքով պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայությունից ազատվելու իրավունքը միաժամանակ մինչև օրենքի ուժի մեջ մտնելն ասպիրանտուրայում սովորելու կապակցությամբ արդեն իսկ տարկետում ստացած անձանց համար պահպանվում է նշված իրավունքը մինչև 2020թ. դեկտեմբերի 31-ը:
Տարկետման հիմքերի ցանկից հանվել է ուսումը շարունակելու համար տարկետման իրավունքը , որը փոխարինվել է նպատակային ուսման համար տարկետման իրավունքով՝ ի դեմս բակալավրի, դիպլոմավորված մասնագետի կամ ինտեգրացված կրթական ծրագրով առկա ուսուցմամբ սովորող և պաշտպանության նախարարության հետ պայմանագիր կնքած այն անձանց, ովքեր ցանկություն կունենան ուսումնառության ընթացքում անցնել ռազմական պատրաստություն, իսկ ուսման ավարտից հետո պաշտպանության նախարարության հետ կկնքեն պայմանագրային սպայական ծառայության անցնելու պայմանագիր՝ երեք տարի ժամկետով պաշտպանության նախարարության կողմից նշված վայրում և պայմաններով: «Մանրամասները կսահմանվեն կառավարության կողմից սահմանված ենթաօրենսդրական ակտերով:
Թափանցիկության, արդարության ապահովման և հնարավոր ռիսկերից խուսափելու նպատակով ծավալուն փոփոխություններ են նախատեսված զորակոչի ենթակա անձանց և զինծառայողների առողջական վիճակի հետազոտման և բժշկական փորձաքննության գործընթացում, որի շրջանակներում հետազոտության և փորձաքննության կարգերը, զինվորական ծառայության հետ կապված խնդիրներ առաջացնող հիվանդությունների ցանկը սահմանելու է կառավարության որոշմամբ:
