Նաիրա Զոհրաբյան. «Ուզում եք բյուջե լցնել, տեղը ցույց ենք տալիս»
POLITICS«Այն ինչ կատարվում է մանր և միջին առևտրով զբաղվող փոքր ձեռներեցների հանդեպ, ուղղակի տեռոր է, բացահայտ տեռոր, որպեսզի մարդիկ մեկ կտոր հացից, որով ընտանիքն են ապահովում, զրկվեն»,- այսօր խորհրդարանում մտքերի փոխանակման ժամանակ հայտարարեց «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ այն ինչ որ այսօր անում են պատկան մարմինները, բացարձակ անթույլատրելի է, մարդու իրավունքների կոպտագույն խախտում. «Բացել մարդկանց պայուսակները ստուգել, նման իրավասություն որևէ կառույց չունի, բյուջե եք ուզում լցնել, տեղը ցույց ենք տալիս, գազի, բենզինի մոնոպոլիա, բազմաթիվ մոնոպոլիստներ, գնացեք այդտեղ։ Դիմում ենք բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերին, դուրս գալ և հանդիպել այն մարդկանց հետ, ովքեր դիմել են քաղաքական ուժերին։ Մի ստիպեք, որ ամենամարդաշատ տեղը մեր երկրում դառնա «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանը, և մարդիկ այս կառավարության ապաշնորհ գործունեության արդյունքում համալրեն արտագաղթողների բանակը»։
Ելույթի ավարտին ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը դիմելով պատգամավորին՝ ասաց. «Մտքերի փոխանակությանը բացառապես օրակարգի հետ կապված խոսեք, այսպիսի հարցերի համար կա հայտարարությունների ժամ, հերթագրվեք, հերթով ասեք լրջագույն խնդիրները»։
«Օրակարգը ձևավորվում է երկրի քաղաքացիների կողմից, ցիտում եմ գործող վարչապետին. «Բա մենք ամենալիբերալ ազգն ենք, արա, բա որտեղի՞ց ձեր մեջ այդքան պալիտ բյուրո»: Խնդրում եմ մտցնել առևտրականների մասին այս հարցն օրակարգում, որ մենք կարողանանք շրջել ՊԵԿ նախագահի հետ այն վայրերով, որտեղ ՊԵԿ աշխատակիցները շրջանցում են օրենքը»,- ասաց «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության պատգամավորներից Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանը:
Շարմազանովը նրան ևս հորդորեց խոսել կանոնակարգ-օրենքի շրջանակում: «Առաջարկում եմ խորհրդին արտահերթ նիստ հրավիրել և այս հարցը ներառել օրակարգում։ Եթե ժողովրդին հուզող խնդիրներ կան, այդ խնդրից ԱԺ-ն խուսափելու կամ փախչելու իրավունք չունի»,- ասաց «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի պատգամավոր Արարատ Զուրաբյանը։
«50 հազար ստորագրությունը բերեք, պաժալուստա, նիստն անենք, մեռնեմ օրենքին»,- արձագանքեց ԱԺ փոխնախագահը:
ԱԺ «Ելք» խմբակցության ղեկավար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն էլ հավելեց, որ իրենք նույնպես ստացել են դիմումներ առևտրականներից, որոնց սահմանված ձևով ընթացք կտան և կզբաղվեն:
