2-րդ դասարանցուն հարվածել է դասվարը, գոռացել, երեխան վախից միզել է. ահազանգում է ծնողը

Վանաձորի 22-րդ դպրոցի 2-րդ դասարանի աշակերտի մայրը ահազանգել է, որ դասվար Ն. Անտոնյանը պարբերաբար բռնություն է կիրառում աշակերտի նկատմամբ, որի պատճառով երեխան հրաժարվում է դպրոց հաճախելուց, հայտնում է Հելսինկյան Քաղաքացիական Ասամբլեայի Վանաձորի գրասենյակը:

Ծնողի փոխանցմամբ՝ դպրոցի տնօրենությունը մերժում է տրամադրել երեխայի փաստաթղթերը՝ նրան այլ դպրոց տեղափոխելու նպատակով: Երկրորդ դասարանի աշակերտ Ա. Ծ.-ի մայրը՝ Զ. Ծ.-ը, ՀՔԱ Վանաձորի գրասենյակ է դիմել այս տարվա հոկտեմբերին և հայտնել, որ 2017 թ. փետրվարին ուսուցչուհի Ն. Անտոնյանը հանձնարարությունը ոչ բավարար կատարելու պատճառով հարվածել է երեխային, որի պատճառով երեխայի ականջի վրա կապտուկներ են առաջացել, և երեխան վախից միզել է: Ծնողի փոխանցմամբ՝ դասվարը երեխային ամբողջ դասարանի առջև խայտառակել և այդ վիճակում է թողել մինչև դասերի ավարտը:

Ահազանգի վերաբերյալ պարզաբանում ստանալու նպատակով ՀՔԱ Վանաձորի գրասենյակը դիմել է ՀՀ Կրթության և գիտության նախարարություն և Վանաձորի թիվ 22 դպրոցի տնօրեն Դ. Մելքոնյանին: Նախարարությունից հայտնել են, որ հետամուտ են լինելու երեխայի կրթության իրավունքի վերականգնմանը և ներկայացրել են Լոռու մարզպետարանից ստացված պարզաբանումը:

Ավելի ուշ ՀՔԱ Վանաձորի գրասենյակի ներկայացրած գրությանը պատասխանել է նաև դպրոցի տնօրեն Դ. Մելքոնյանը: Վերջինիս փոխանցմամբ՝ Զ. Ծ.-ը իրադարձությունները չափազանցված է ներկայացրել: Նա պնդել է, թե ծնողի վկայակոչած կապտուկները ոչ թե ուսուցչի գործողությունների, այլ համադասարանցիների հետ վեճի արդյունք են, որը դպրոցի փոխտնօրենի միջամտությամբ հարթվել է:

Ինչ վերաբերում է դասվար Ն. Անտոնյանի գործողություններին, ապա վերջինս խոստովանել է, որ իրեն թույլ է տվել մանկավարժին ոչ վայել պահվածք, երեխային բարձր տոնով է նկատողություն արել և բարձրաձայնել, որ երեխայի վրայից տհաճ հոտ է գալիս: Դրա համար նա նկատողություն է ստացել տնօրենության կողմից:

Իսկ երեխայի անձնական գործը չտրամադրելը տնօրենը մեկնաբանել է նրանով, որ երեխայի մայրը Հանրապետությունում չէ, իսկ երեխայի խնամքով զբաղվող մորաքույրն ու տատիկը նրա օրինական ներկայացուցիչները չեն, հետևաբար՝ անձնական գործը նրանց տրամադրել չի կարող:

ՀՔԱ Վանաձորի գրասենյակի ահազանգերի արդյունքում 2017 թ. նոյեբերի 2-ին հարցը քննարկվել է  Լոռու մարզպետարանի ընտանիքի, կանանց և երեխաների իրավունքների պաշտպանության բաժնում, ապա Կրթության, մշակույթի և uպորտի վարչությունում: Քննարկմանը մասնակցող բազմամասնագիտական կազմը եզրակացրել է, որ երեխայի ծնողի բացակայության պայմաններում պետք է հիմք ընդունել վերջինիս էլեկտրոնային դիմումը և երեխայի կրթության իրավունքի իրացման նպատակով կազմակերպել նրա տեղափոխումը այլ դպրոց:

Երեխան արդեն հաճախում է Վանաձորի թիվ 1 դպրոց:
