Ուսանողները չխոսեցին գլխավորի մասին
ANALYSISՏարկետման վերացման դեմ շարժումը, չնայած իր բազմաթիվ դրական կողմերի, փակուղի մտնելու հակվածություն ուներ մեկ հիմնական պատճառով: Խնդրո առարկայի ամենացավոտ կողմի մասին այդպես էլ չբարձրաձայնվեց: Այն մասին, թե ի վերջո ինչու մարդիկ չեն ուզում գնալ բանակ, ինչու են արդեն քսան տարի հասարակության բոլոր շերտերը ՝ իշխանություններից մինչև շարքային քաղաքացիներ ամեն գնով փորձում ազատել իրենց երեխաներին բանակից ՝ տարկետումով, Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիությամբ, գժի թղթով, հիվանդությամբ, ինչու են ազատել չկարողանալու դեպքում փորձում մոտիկ տեղ քցել, սպայական անձնակազմին կաշառել, Ղարաբաղից հեռու պահել, հոսպիտալ տեղավորել, մայրական խնամք ձևակերպել այս ամեն ինչի մասին չխոսվեց:
Վիգեն Սարգսյանը ուսանողների հետ հանդիպմանը շեշտեց, որ եթե կան մարդիկ, ովքեր մտածում են բանակից խուսափել, իրենց հետ նա չի ցանկանում խոսել ու փակեց թեման: Իսկ դրան զուգահեռ քարոզչական ճակատի առաջամարտիկները բանակից խուսափելու մտայնություն ունեցողներին անվանում էին դասալիքներ: Ուսանողական շարժումն էլ ընկրկեց քարոզչական պաթոսից և բուն խնդիրը ծածկվեցին հանուն գիտության զարգացման ձևակերպման տակ, քարոզչական ճակատում էլ իշխանության պնդումներին հակադրվեցին Դավիթի կամուֆլյաժով նկարներն ու բանակային, նաև ապրիլյան կենսագրությունը: Արդյունքում ուսանողական շարժումն ընդունեց իշխանության խաղի կանոնները ՝ բանակից խուսափելու պատճառների մասին չենք խոսում ու պայքարը մտավ փակուղի:
Իսկ թե ինչու են բանակից խուսափում ՝ շատ մեծ ու բարդ թեմա է: Միայն ոչ կանոնակարգային հարաբերություններն ու պերմանենտ պատերազմի առկայությունը բավարար չեն համատարած այդ տենդենցը բացատրելու համար: Եվ թերևս կարիք էլ չէր լինի այդ հարցը առաջ բերել, եթե չլիներ ազգ-բանակ օրակարգը, որի առկայությունն ինքնին պիտի ենթադրեր հենց այդ հարցերի պատասխանները գտնելը: Ազգ-բանակ կոնցեպտն ու դրա հեղինակներն այդ հարցը շրջանցել էին: Ուսանողները ևս շրջանցեցին:
