ԱԺ-ում սահմանադրության հանրաքվեի մասին քննարկումները հարց ու պատասխանից վերածվեցին մեղադրանքի և հակամեղադրանքի, հերթական հավաստիացումներ և անվստահություն հայտնելուն, ինչը ցույց տվեց, որ ընդդիմության և իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներից շատերի մոտ ինքնահաստատման բարդույթ կա:
ԱԺ-ն ինքնահաստատման տեղ չի, ենթադրվում է, որ մարդիկ ինքնահաստատվում են իրենց մասնագիտական ոլորտներում, հետո գնում ԱԺ, ոչ թե բախտի բերումով հայտնվում են խորհրդարանում ու նոր միայն փորձում ինքնահաստատվել, այն էլ՝ ուրիշի հաշվին:
Ընդդիմադիրներից շատերն արդեն այնքան են ասել, որ դեմ են, դեմ են, դեմ են, որ տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ ինչ-որ բանին դեմ լինելը դարձել է ապրելակերպ, կամ իրենք դեմ լինելուց մի այլ կարգի հաճույք են ստանում, կամ, երևի թե, ինքնահաստատվում են: Իսկ իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներից ոմանք այնպես են հավաստիացնում, որ հանրաքվեն անցնելու է օրենքի տառին և ոգուն համապատասխան, որ ակամա սկսում ես հավատալ, որ մեր երկրում որևէ ընտրության կամ հանրաքվեի օրենքին համապատասխան անցնելն իրոք ուղղակիորեն կախված է մի քանի հոգու անձնական նախաձեռնությունից և ոչ թե նրանից, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն ամեն դեպքում պետություն է՝ օրենքով, դրա կատարմանը հետևող մարմիններով և մնացած ամեն ինչով:
